I visited to pick up a Too Good To Go order and planned to eat something after my gym session. As I entered, I paused briefly to clean my shoes on the entrance carpet. Before I could take another step, the staff member raised her hand in a stopping gesture “🖐️” without saying anything. She was on a phone call the entire time and did not offer any greeting or explanation.
When I asked, “Are customers not allowed to come in?” she responded, “The pickup counter is here,” assuming I did not intend to dine in. A few minutes later, she stated, “We are closing,” and said that was the reason she stopped me.
However, the posted closing time on the website is 8:00 PM, and I arrived around 5:30 PM. It was confusing to see the floor being cleaned more than two hours before closing and to feel discouraged from entering, seemingly to avoid additional cleaning.
Unfortunately, the interaction reflected very poor customer service. I hope management provides better training and oversight to ensure customers feel welcomed and respected. One negative experience can significantly impact a restaurant’s reputation.

Ordered today for my husband a Tuna Melt. Payed for extra feta cheese - never had it on a sandwich, can’t even see a tuna on it . Small peace of breads and I paid for it $32 ( uber eats) . Not worth a penny.

The food is great, really tasty and well-prepared! However, the customer service could use some improvement. The staff didn’t greet us and seemed a bit miserable. A warmer welcome and friendlier attitude would make the experience so much better.

I recently visited Chopped Leaf and ordered the quesadilla — absolutely loved it! The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced. On top of that, the customer service was amazing — friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The ambience was clean, relaxing, and made for a really enjoyable dining experience. Had the chicken bowl at Chopped Leaf and it hit the spot. Super fresh ingredients, perfectly grilled chicken, and the flavors were balanced—not overly salty or heavy. You can tell they actually care about quality. The portion was solid too, filled me up without making me feel sluggish after. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Definitely coming back when I want something quick but still healthy.

Chopped Leaf always impresses! My favourite salads are the Bangkok Salad (I also add spinach to it) and Spinach Power Salad. I wish Chopped Leaf was in every city!
I've been coming here since this place opened and I am actually very disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit today. The employees have absolutely no understanding of how the rewards system works and were extremely rude when I was trying to ask questions about how it works. I also notice that 2 of the girls behind the counter didn't have on hair nets which to me is unsanitary considering one of them had her hair in a hanging ponytail. I was also given my bowl and the lid was not even secured had I not checked I would've got to work with my food in the bag. Unacceptable. People work very hard these days to even afford take out and I feel that chopped leaf needs to quality check their employees if they want to have returning customers. I will NOT be returning as I feel my hard earned money will not be disrespected like this.
