I visited Chopped Leaf yesterday (March 30) around 6:50 pm for their Customer Appreciation Day 50% off deal. As a regular customer, I’m usually very satisfied with their food. However, this time I ordered a build-your-own wrap, and it was disappointing. There was no sauce, even though I specified what I wanted, and despite requesting a spicy wrap (something I’ve had at this and other locations before), there was no hot sauce either. I honestly would have been fine paying full price if it meant actually receiving what I ordered. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.

Food is amazing, but the people who work there are either miserable or give lots of attitude. Also tables are not cleaned up, tons of crumbs etc.

I only recently discovered The Chopped Leaf and I'm a fan. I gravitate to the bowls. I've tried a few different options but keep coming back for the Southwest. A good portion to have for lunch and leftovers to take home. The food has always been fresh and the lettuce crisp. The location has always been clean and a nice place to eat inside. The staff also have always been welcoming, with quick service. I'll definitely be back.

Ordered a Mediterranean bowl the other day, requesting only 30% rice and the rest salad. The portion I received was laughable. Mostly covered with giant leaves to hide the air pockets.The person didn’t compensate for the reduced rice with additional salad but provided a full portion of sauce, which made the dish overly sour.
The roommate is all about healthy food and I got to choose last time so she chose this place to try. I got the Chicken Sandwich, and she got some a Mediterranean salad. She said it tasted really fresh and loved it. And I also have to admit I was impressed. Wish I got two sandwiches. Will try the tuna melt next time.

I am surprised this place is not as viral. I am a soups and salad guy, and I just had the best crunchy sandwich, a wholesome soup and a very delicious salad. 10/10 would eat here everyday.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! Ordered 2 salads through Uber to be delivered to our office for lunch. When both salads were opened, there was literally 4 tiny cubes of green apple, 5 tiny cubes of cucumber and the other ingredients were scarce except for the lettuce. This cost us over $60! The ingredients that they put in the bowl probably cost them $5. Called to give them an opportunity to correct the issue before reviewing on Google and spoke to a manager by the name of Krista Sanders. She could care less that her customers, which have ordered many times previously, were cheated with lack of ingredients. She basically blamed it on her head office and washed her hands of it! We will never order from this restaurant again! And I suggest other people do the same. These restaurants have to learn that they can’t cheat customers from their hard earned money. ??????????
