Came on a Friday afternoon and it wasnât too busy especially right after Christmas. Thereâs lots of things for the kids to do and a bright fresh newly renovated atmosphere. I would say this would be good for any kid up to about maybe 10 years old.

Worst ever experience at any Chuck e cheese I have ever been to and I have been to atleast 50 plus across North America! The number of machines/games were very few in comparison to all other locations and many of the machines werenât working. I got 3 cards for my kids and honestly felt like worst 120 dollars spent !! I wouldnât ever go here again !

Worst place to have your childâs birthday party, esp if itâs a big group.
The food prices were outrageous and did not make sense, just for reference, a veggie platter was $25, with just carrots, tomatoes and broccoli
I felt bad for our server, she tried her best but I do not understand why there was 1 server for a 50+ group. It was ridiculous.
There were no cups provided, my guests were left thirsty with nothing to drink, and they didn't specify that weâd have to pay close to $4 for a cup of drink. You would think after charging $1700 there would be some drinks provided at least.
Overall, I would not recommend it, it's a complete rip-off and it's just not worth it. Nothing is explained thoroughly, there was no explanation, nothing. Weâre no longer coming back and our friends and family wonât be either.

Doesnât have much for entertainment for kids. Too crowded. Really small trampoline( just for name sake). Parents are keeping the play stations too busy. My son got hit by a hard ball there( one kid hit him, none of her parents apologized), n they didnât had any first aid for him. I had to wait for 20 mins just to get few ice cubes to put over his hurt. Bad attitude of employees! Never going back to this location.
We went as we got a birthday treat. 30 mins play card 500 points and a free cotton candy what more can one ask for each ride runs for a good time and it was awesome

Very bad experience , disappointed ,So today my son went there 1st time they charged fee extra for trampoline but they didn't allow to my husband to go with him he was scared because of 1st time he is just 2 years old thats why my husband wants to go with him unfortunately they took money with my husband and didn't give permission to go , i need money back or give me any point cards. Thank you!
