Chuck E. Cheese is one of the best places where I always take my kids. They absolutely love it especially the trampoline, which is such a great deal with unlimited access for just $18. The arcade area is also full of fun, and my 3year old daughter enjoys it a lot. It’s a perfect spot for family time, and I strongly recommend it!

My son and I went to the Argentia location today. The first thing they told us was that tables with Reserve sign are only allowed for use if we order food. And basically all the tables have that sign. If the children play there for hours, it's obvious that they will be thirsty and hungry, and we parents will have to order food for them on our own, not compelled to do so. However, it is an issue to be compelled to order when we just arrive is not acceptable. As I was waiting for my son at the trampoline area, one of the parents mentioned that it was their first time there. They expressed disappointment with the policy because of their culture, which prohibits them from eating the food here. They have been standing waiting for their kids for an extended period of time. I find the practice of ordering food to be able to use the table unjust to other parents. After we finish both Bronze packages, we're going to take our son to another playground. There are many new ones out there that are much better than Chucke Cheese. I was considering having my son's birthday here in April, but I won't be anymore. I will let my other friends know about this new policy so that they can take their children to another playground.

Something new about chuckEcheese if you buy something to drink or eat you can sit otherwise keep standing and waiting while your kids are playing. It’s so ridiculous. People already pay a lot to buy passes but it’s not enough for them. Once my kid passes finish we will not come back Completely rip off in this bad economy situation people should boycott this policy

why do you need to purchase a new socks at the play structure? we brought the same chuck e cheese socks from last time but they said you have to buy a new socks every single time? thats crazy.

They are usually very nice here but today it was a different person named santosh who was very rude. She is arguing with me about making me wait and acting like she doesn't see me. Instead of just apologizing for the mistake she made she is going back and forth with me. Very unhappy with the way she was acting. She also had a manager necklace on which makes things even more worse. She needs proper training on how to treat customers
This location is so much better than the Dixie location. Makes me realize how much of a difference management makes in shaping everyone's experience. Dixie location needs to hire a better manager, a manager that can resolve customers issue without escalating it to something it doenst need to be especially when families are visiting a place to have a good time.

my kid lost a gaming swipe card and they are being difficult to replace the card. It's a kid's birthday party and they want to go after each kid to match the card numbers on the receipt so they can replace it and it's extremely hard to do that with kids. They dont want to replace the card that cost nothing to them. no logic.
