I visited Chuck E. Cheese today with my kids. While they usually enjoy it, today was very upsetting. The supervisor at the trampoline gave my child a time-out for pushing, but I noticed other kids doing the same thing without being stopped. My son felt singled out, was heartbroken, and cried saying he wanted to go home. I fully support rules for safety, but they should be applied fairly and consistently to all children. I hope management can address this so kids feel safe, included, and treated equally.

The facility is okay, but the food could be better. The pizza crust was super hard. Nobody was at the prize counter, and I waited ten minutes. The door greeter was really nice.

Hosted my daughter's birthday party. Everything was good, except the pizzas which were burnt out and not edible for kids impacting the overall experience.

So much fun for the kids. We attended a birthday party and everything was organized and went smoothly. My daughter enjoyed the trampoline area, as well as the games. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious! The Chuck E. Cheese mascot was great with the kids. Looking forward to visiting again.

Some of the staff seem racist. There is a trampoline park in this arcade and when ever my brother is inside that trampoline, the staff always say he’s misbehaving and he got a time out, now when he was in time out I saw so many other kids pushing, screaming, hitting and not keeping there hands to there selves and they don’t get the same consequence like my brother did. When a Kid goes inside the trampoline they are all happy and welcoming, is just whenever my little brother goes inside they start staring and making weird faces. Whenever we go to other Chuck E. Cheese locations they are the most nicest people, but for some reason these staffs are ridiculous and very crazy! I would rate this place a 0 start if it was an option but sadly it’s not.

Had my daughters birthday party here.
Food was fresh and very tasty .

What i found unfair was the jungle gym is not apart of the party price . You have to pay ten dollars per kid to use it , Greedy practise .... Also they dont allow you to bring any disposable cups or food or drinks . That being said , I needed 8 cups for the adults and they charged me 3 dollars per paper disposable cup . 24$ for 8 paper cups ... What a rip off. Unfortunately I won't be going back to chucke cheese because of these sleezy practices.

I had a terrible experience today bringing my two year old daughter for the first time. When I first entered the lady who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. After walking around I seen there was not much to do for her age group but I still decided to buy a game pass. When I went to purchase the lady behind the counter was not welcoming and was rushing our interaction as if I was bothering her. My daughter wanted to go into the jungle gym which was an additional cost but I had no problem paying. She was scared to go up by herself and they did not allow parents in even with the young children. I asked the same lady for a refund not even 5 minutes later and she gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude. After that my daughter wanted to eat I ordered food with another employee who did not punch in her food only mine. So I had to wait another 15 minutes after my first order to get my hungry child’s food. The customer service overall was terrible. I wanted to throw her birthday party here but I wouldn’t return to any chuck e cheese locations after this.

I had a coupon emailed to me to use but when I tried to use it at this location they wouldnt honour it. This was a bummer my kids were pretty excited to get to go to chuckie cheese.

A tad more games/stations would be for the floor space. Ie popular ones like ski-ball

Today we went to Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday celebration, and it was such a fun experience! 🎉

✅ The place is very neat, clean, and hygienic, which is super important, especially with kids.
✅ It’s a spot where all ages can enjoy – from toddlers to older kids.
• For little ones (even around 1 year old), there are small rides.
• For older kids, there’s a wide variety of arcade games to keep them entertained.

🍕 The pizza was really delicious, and the menu had something for everyone.
🎈 They offer different birthday packages, making it easier to plan a celebration.
🎭 The highlight for the kids was meeting Chuck E. Cheese himself – someone dressed up as the character who danced and sang songs, creating such a festive vibe.

There’s also a play area that kept the kids busy and happy throughout.

👉 One small note: the seating area is a bit limited.

✨ Overall, it was a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday, full of fun, laughter, and excitement. Highly recommend for families looking for an engaging celebration spot!

✨ Even if it’s not a birthday, you can simply go if your kids want to have fun, play some games, and enjoy yummy pizza. The staff is very good and courteous, which makes the experience even better.
