I had a feeling that this is a place with design to steal money from parents!

They stopped the program to launch new one. I am 1 point from redeeming. They won't give you points for new purchases and won't transfer my old points. Why can't it be converted?

The link on your reply does not function either. I can not select the store after selecting province.

Gaming entertainment was good. Looks like it’s a common strategy Chuck. E cheese playing with all their packages stating 2 hours of game time but hardly giving 1 hr or 1hr 15 mins deducting the food & birthday celebration time. Also, they are not letting any outside food or even water bottles from outside and selling at higher prices.

I had to pay for additional kids more than covered in the package and when they didn’t show up on the party day they were like your money is gone which is not acceptable at all. No value for customers money. I did ask them if I can use those cards on any other day which they denied and said cards will expire at the end of the day.

I would never pick this place again despite good entertainment since they lack customer appreciation and value for customers money

Worst experience ever! Visited this location for a promotion listed on its official website. The front desk refused to fulfill.

Employees were kind, quick, efficient and very attentive. Held my son’s 5th birthday party at this location. Had the 9am-11am private party slot on a Sunday. Booked because of the new Trampoline area, but was not aware that there was a fee per child to use that area. Plan on coming back in the future.

I give 1 star for the service, because, firstly, when all the children were congratulated by Chucky Cheese, our waiter was not there to light the candle on the cake, secondly, it turned out that the establishment stopped giving gifts to children, guests from October 15, and before that it was. However, there was no information on the website when booking. It is a very bad situation, because if we had known that there would be no gifts for the children, we would have prepared them ourselves. And so the children left empty-handed ((for the children it is very important, but it is inconvenient for us, as always children from all holidays leave with gifts

We were VERY disappointed in the Chuck E. Cheese experience! We bought a package which included two hours of playtime, pizzas and drinks. When we arrived the server took our food order, then the kids went to play.

We were used to the game tokens, so nobody told us that you can’t stop the two hour clock on the play passes. So when the food came, the kids lost 45 minutes of their playtime. When I went back afterwords to complain, the manager said that the 45 minutes spent eating is supposed to come out of your two hour playtime. I still find this hard to believe, so I explained that was never communicated to us in advance. The manager replied that everything would’ve been explained in advance, so essentially that it was our fault for not understanding.

My belief now is that the play passes are on a two hour clock, so if we ordered and eaten our food before we ever used them, we would’ve enjoyed the full two hours. The manager was rather rude and abrupt, so I suspect he said eating was part of the two hours to just get rid of me.

Can anyone answer whether the kids eating time is supposed to come out of the two hours on the play pass??

This is a fantastic venue to host your child’s birthday celebration. With its vibrant atmosphere and engaging activities, it’s sure to create unforgettable memories for kids and parents alike. Yet this place needs some updating.
