Games are good, good for toddlers. What I loved the most is their photo policy: take a photo with your child before entering and show it when exiting.

Pros: Chicken wings lemon pepper are bomb. I love how they updated the place. I also love how you can purchase tokens as time or points.
Cons: The new jumping thing is a seperate cost(they don't tell you that when your buying tickets, and it's not labeled clearly; when you go to try to access it, then your stopped; after spending already tickets and food. Games are broken Tickets Won and Prize Ticket Value; Robbery here. Why I am giving it a 2 star, because after so long being there, and how well they scored on games when your kid goes to cash in, it's crazy!

I walked in, interested about packages/deals for a birthday party regarding my 6 year old baby girl. The woman at the front had an AIRPOD in her ear, the response was dull, and made me unenthusiastic about hosting a party there. I’m grateful for her terrible response because I came to the realization that Sky Zone was the place to go! My baby girl had the best birthday Mommy could throw for her.

It’s actually pretty clean, nice set up. But if you’re booking a birthday it’s definitely not like back in the day. They don’t do a big round up for the birthday time, they just play a happy birthday on the screen and it’s not loud so no one even hears it. They give you ten minutes to eat and then cut the cake, all of this is included in the 2 hour play time so it’s actually like an hour and a half of play time. Also the play area (soft play and trampolines) are not included, which is crazy. It’s an extra $10/kid if you’re with a party. if you don’t know and the person at the entrance is telling people it’s an extra $18 it’s just chaotic.

Highly recommend this location. Staff are great here, extremely patient and caring with children - they keep the place really clean. Overall a great spot despite the sketchiness of the mall it is in.
