Was great experience, but maybe they need a bigger space, but, everything was perfect, we will go to second time, the location is great too.
We love this chuck e cheese location. We buy several monthly passes throughout the year and have also held a party for our kid. Staff here work hard and maintain good standards of service and cleanliness!
I recently visited the Chuck E. Cheese location on Dixie Road in Mississauga and purchased a Trampoline Adventure Zone pass for my child. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and poorly handled by staff and management.
At the time of purchasing the pass, no conditions or restrictions were explained to us. My child was standing right in front of the staff, clearly wearing her glasses. The pass was sold, socks were purchased and worn, and my child was ready to enter the trampoline area.
Only after everything was done were we suddenly told that children cannot wear glasses on the trampoline, allegedly due to safety rules. This was very frustrating because:
We have visited Chuck E. Cheese many times over the years and my child has always worn glasses without any issue
If this is an actual policy, it should be clearly communicated before selling the pass
The staff could clearly see the glasses while selling the ticket but chose not to say anything until the last moment
To make matters worse, the responses from staff kept changing:
First, they suggested wearing an uncomfortable plastic cover over the glasses, which my child found extremely uncomfortable and refused to wear
Then we were told that it would have been allowed if she were alone, but not because other kids might step on the glasses — however, within minutes the trampoline area became completely empty and stayed empty for quite some time
Despite all this, the manager never came out to speak with us in person. Everything was handled indirectly, with different staff giving different answers. This lack of accountability and customer care felt rude and dismissive.
In the end, the only resolution offered was a refund minus $5 for the socks, which honestly felt insulting. We were never informed of the restriction beforehand, yet we were penalized for something that was entirely out of our control.
What made this experience even worse was the complete absence of management accountability. The manager never came out to speak with us, even after waiting for 35 to 40 minutes. The staff appeared confused, untrained, and behaved like robots, each giving different answers and showing no ownership of the situation. This reflects poor leadership and lack of supervision. A better, more responsible manager is clearly needed at this location. I never imagined I would delete my prev 5 start review and now give Chuck E. Cheese a one-star, but this extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior leaves me no choice.
This is not our first visit, we’ve bought multiple fun passes and visited this location many times, but this experience was incredibly disappointing. The poor communication, inconsistent explanations, and absence of management intervention left a very bad impression.
Sadly, based on this experience, I do not feel encouraged to return, and I would not recommend this location to others unless they improve their communication, staff training, and customer service.
Great for birthday parties! But last time we went the pizza has somehow gotten worse :( The only saving grace is they do accommodate gluten free pizza options.
Fun spot for kids. You have to wait forever to get help or service at ticket and food counters though.
So many fun games, the photo booths are great. Excellent spot for parties; affordable, and the provide everything!
My son loved going in the ticket machine!!
Definitely reccomend for parties or just a fun day. The pizza and wings are pretty good too!
Nice clean open space. All staff were extremely friendly. Food is a bit expensive but otherwise a nice place to take kids. The little ones enjoyed the trampoline section.
Half of the machines doesnt work. Also machines are old schools.
Kids had so much fun
Good place for kids parties 🎊
Wonderful spot for a 10th bday party! Staff was SUPER nice and all the games were well maintained. Pizza and fries were a big hit with adults and kids. 5 stars! (Tip: Host your party on a weeknight and avoid the crowds.)

We had my daughter’s 4th birthday here this weekend. Overall it was a great experience. Our dedicated birthday staff member, Sophia, was very attentive and kept us on schedule. We had a small group of kids (10) ranging in ages (3-7). My only complaint is that they charged us $4 PER cup PER adult and the cups were small. Had I known this I would have just brought my own cups. We went with the 35.99/kid package and ordered an additional large pizza and veggie tray on top of what came with the package. It was more than enough food. I did feel like there wasn’t enough time between when the ice cream came out, the birthday song came on, we had to do cake, etc. that part felt a bit rushed. Otherwise everyone enjoyed themselves and the kids all had a lot of fun. We were the only party at 11 am and I’d highly recommend going earlier before it gets too busy. Thanks again Sophia and the other staff members who kept asking if we needed anything, we felt very well taken care of!
It was our first visit on our daughter’s birthday and she enjoyed it immensely. Would love to go back again.
Not bad prices at all
