Specifically mentioned that food was not hot enough last time. this time food LOOK hot BUT no cutlery to eat with and by the time we had something to use the food already got cold. Told the server but the attitude was just bad. Took the meat back to heat it up but came out too dry. Definitely not consistent and the server felt that it was not their fault that the food was cold but we had nothing to eat with.

It's been 5 years am going to chucks. Going to this branch for the first time. I came with my girlfriend for a date. I entered the place and had to wait almost like 10 min to get a seat eventho it was not busy. A guy in the bar counter said you can go to the seat in the left end. I asked if I can sit in a free table on the right, he immediately replied go sit where he said if I want which was very rude. My girlfriend who was first time in chucks if this is how chucks works. I asked the guy who took my order, he apologised and said he was like that. Then later it was time for the bar to close and the same guy in the counter came to us and asked us to move out eventho we didn't finish the drink. It was 12:06am. The rule in ontario dosent say the customers have to move out till they finish the the served things. It was very rude. He spoiled our date. Never gonna come back again. I got to know his name was Brian from the guy who served us who was polite and apologized again. They refused to give me the managers contact too. I don't know if his name was Brian, he looked like a chubby man with French beard. I hope someone take some action against this behavior. Thank you

The Steak bites were raw( red blood running). They don't ask ...How to be cooked n All nubbies serving!( Not their fault .... ) Managment needs to take responsibilities; Not just The Bills!

The manager was being racist. He spoke rudely with us. They did not accommodate us even though half the restaurant was empty he said a group of 10 should squeeze in a table for 6 people. And that he cannot waste a table for this group.

Service was lacking, had to ask him several times for a drink, and numerous times still after that. I think they were understaffed cause I saw drinks sitting at the bar to be run to customers for extended periods of time
