Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

Was there last night, excellent service considering there was only a couple servers, although it wasn't very busy....the last four people that left a 1 star review was from a group of 12 that randomly showed up and DID NOT RESERVE a table and they couldn't wait 5 minutes for the server too set up the table, server tried too set up the table asap and once he did, they had already left. I'm assuming the last four 1 star reviews are all from the impatient group of 12 that expected too be seated as soon as they walked in, that's not how it works. Therefore food was awesome and prices are insanely reasonable, would highly reccomend.

Weekend with 2 servers only. Very long waiting time

We visited Chucks at Westdale Mall on a very special occasion - my sister and her husband were visiting me from Poland, and I wanted to treat them to our favourite steak! 😍 We frequent Chucks, and our favourite waitress, Hannah, always recognizes us with a warm smile. She's fantastic! ❤️ I highly recommend this place - the food, especially the steak, is awesome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely touch 🥺🥰

This guy made us enjoy every moment we spent in the restaurant. Definitely recommend you to stop by and make sure you get him as your server.

Horrible wait time, we waited for 2hours, and more than 8-10 people who came after us were called in before us. And after ordering the food we had to wait again. If you are starving and want to have some good time with friends stay away, they just spoiled our whole mood.

I had a fantastic experience at this location, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Brandon. He was absolutely great welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I used to be a regular at the Millcreek location, but after this visit, I’ll definitely be coming here more often. Brandon made us feel right at home, checked in on us frequently, and kept the mood upbeat with some friendly conversation. Service like his really makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Everything was ok except the service. Waited at door for 10 mins to seat ourselves (have to go up to the bar and asked to seat at a table) Waited another 10 to get the menu. Another 10 to place our order with the server. Anyway have to wait for attention during the nite. We arrived at 8 on weekdays, never mind the rush at 9.

Don't go to this place, they judge people. They will cut you off for no reason. Your sitting there minding your own business, not doing anything wrong. I left and went to another Chuck's and they served me no problem. I told them what happened they laughed and said that's ridiculous . So stay away from this Chuck's roadhouse location they discriminate against people
