It was my first time at Chuck’s Roadhouse, and we came in on a Thursday night with almost 20 friends and family. The place was already pretty busy, but our server was so accommodating and understanding of our large group. They handled our orders and drinks smoothly, despite how chaotic my family is lol, and everything came out promptly. We were really impressed with the service and are very grateful for such a great experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!

As a regular, I expected when a couple of buddies of mine and I went out for one our birthdays that we’d have the usual, normal (nothing special) service that we usually get. Unfortunately during our time here, a group of drunk guys started instigating problems with us. We tried to avoid issues, letting our waitress know, who she tried her best to let management know but instead the manager comes out, puts his arms around the guys trying to act all buddy buddy, which would’ve been fine as we assumed he’s trying to calm them down but as they got up to leave, they started circling our table and getting in our faces. Management saw this, and had to physically grab one of the guys off of us (took them long enough to do something as we were getting badgered for over an hour) and then after politely asking them to leave and being kind to them, the male manager Christian, comes to our table YELLING at us. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behaviour, and it’s really disappointing to see this behaviour from the manager when all the waitresses were kind and the other female manager who came after the fact diffused the situation as well. After the female manager came and apologized on his behalf, he actually came back a couple minutes later and put his arms around two of our guys trying to make light of situation. Our friend who was the one who was being physically taunted wanted to speak with him to express his frustration but was instead of an apology or even an explanation, we were instead called little boys by Christian (we’re a group of 22-26 year old men) who wouldn’t understand the things he went through as a 40 year old immigrant (it’s funny because we’re all immigrants as well lol). I feel bad for the rest of the staff, as they did nothing wrong and tried to continually apologize and diffuse the situation but as for Christian, i’m very disappointed in his behaviour.

Went to Chuck’s Millcreek for nachos and found walking flies on them — absolutely disgusting. We showed two servers, and one said she’d tell the manager but also added: “that’s not possible because the nachos came out of the oven, so the flies should be dead, not walking.” 🤢 The response was just as bad as the food. Makes me wonder how many flies we ate🤮 If you’re craving nachos with live flies, this is the place 😂 Otherwise, avoid it!

I ordered a porter house steak, it looks good but was not up to my expectations, after I was almost done, Penny came and checked with me about how it was, after listening carefully my feedback, she ordered a new one for me and that changed my whole
steak experience! Thank you!! Very professional and customer service oriented!

I never leave reviews but this place is amazing!! So affordable and great food and deals almost every day!!! Was very busy in the dining room but our server was such a sweet and attentive girl. especially to my kids. We’ll be back soon!

Shoutout to Ruby for the great service; she was super friendly and warm. She even looked out for us by letting us know we’d get the half-off apps if we ordered drinks separately, which we really appreciated.

Came here after the renovations and it was fantastic! The interior looks great and feels a lot more spacious than before. The service was fantastic, with both our server and the manager checking in on us. And the food was also good, with drastically reduced wait times. I’m so happy they’ve improved so much since the renos and will definitely be back!

Great service, food and prices. Absolutely love the patio. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because it needs more lighting in the patio. I come for dinner and when it gets dark, there's barely any light. Sure I can go inside but I'd rather be outside. small feedback - get some lights in your patio or fairy lights if you don't want something too bright. Other then that - great experience except for 1 time where it took forever to get drinks (it wasn't even busy in the patio) but one bad experience doesn't ruin everything for me. Just get lights for the patio and don't forget the people you seat in the patio just because it's not busy there. 👍🏻

Waitress gave a very nasty look when I asked for change back after tipping a few dollars. Then proceeded to ask what was the issue with the service. Never had this happen at any restaurants. Had to walk up to the bar for drinks and water as no one came to the table to ask.
