Standards of cleanliness is very disappointing ,poor service ,,, greasy menus and tables, makes me wonder how clean is the kitchen, food is not too bad but hygiene really concerns me

The waitress we had was on her third day hopefully that explains why she didn’t check on us we seated and it was 15 minutes before the waitress came over and said she didn’t know it was her table. we finally got our food. The appetizers bread was so hard for the spinach dip. It was so hard. I literally could snap them in half with one hand and they just snapped and cracked and crumbled. You’re still supposed to be warmed pita bread and the mashed potatoes definitely instant I would skip them if I was you and so I wanted some gravy for them to help make them taste better and I wanted to eat the cheese artichoke dip, but I couldn’t do that until we got softer pita that wasn’t hard as a rock I had to flag down the hostess eventually and another waitress to find my waitress because 20 minutes ahead were empty because she brought her food appetizer together, which was fine we did but she never checked to see if we wanted to drink we did and my time she came and we showed her the bread she went and got more problems by the time the bread came the cheese spinach dip was cold and when I said I needed something for the mashed potatoes she said she could give me butter, but gravy would cost me. I said that’s fine. She brought me gravy but no butter and I told him that I couldn’t eat the spinach dip because they got cold and she didn’t really have anything to say, and we needed napkins. She was gone. I couldn’t we had to catch her. She didn’t bring us back drinks positive about her is she did not reachover the child we had with us. she didn’t place things within her reach. I’ve had waitresses pour coffee over a child’s head like you know, reaching their arm across like seriously she did not do any of that. She was good when it came to the toddler.
We were in a booth. I sat the child in the highchair because I know she won’t stay seated in a booster however, when we were cleaning up everything and took her to the bathroom to clean her up. brought her back to the table and there’s so much graffiti on the walls when I’m literally teaching her not to do that they could clean that up but they don’t obviously

We got there and had to wait a long time to be seated and then another 20mins just to get water and a drink order our steak bites were cold. Not the greatest experience ?

I took a group of people to watch Thursday Night NFL, as advertised by the restaurant. Every TV had the Leafs game on. Staff would not even tune 1 TV to the football. We all left and went to Boston Pizza where they were more than happy to have us. The TVs offered something for all customers, NFL and the Leafs. Chuck's lost our business that night and for the future.

Went on a Wednesday which is half of ribs day. Ribs came out burnt 3 out of the 4 of us got burnt ribs. Tried to bring it to the servers attention we were then told they could give us a new set but if we do not like those either they will have to charge us for the ribs. Then proceeded to recommend just getting something else off the menu all together stating the chefs said this is how the ribs are made and will always come out this way. They tried covering the burnt parts in BBQ sauce but you can smell how burnt it is. We ordered calamari off the appetizers list and that came out over cooked and it seemed like the oil really needed to be changed. Do not recommend this location at all. Do not plan on ever going back to this location.

Food is average but the drinks are great and have great prices. Loud inside and the service is slower but for the price of dinner very worth. I had two drinks and dinner for 19$ before tax. I think it's a good trade

Our server, Shivam spilled a drink on my husband, soaking his sweatshirt and pants, he told us he would comp the drink, which in my opinion is the bare minimum however he did not, when asked to speak to the manager he said the manager was ‘ too busy ‘ as it was a Friday night. Very unprofessional.
