We had the pleasure of dining at Chulla Express, Ridgeway Plaza, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, the restaurant greeted us with a festive, vibrant atmosphere that reflected the passion and dedication behind this new establishment. The ambiance was lively yet comfortable, making it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxed and memorable meal.

The hospitality deserves special mention. The staff were warm, polite, and genuinely attentive. Even during the excitement and rush, the service remained smooth and well-managed, ensuring guests felt welcomed and cared for throughout the visit.

The food was undoubtedly the highlight of our experience. We started with the Potli Samosa, which was crisp on the outside and generously filled with well-seasoned, flavorful stuffing, making for a perfect appetizer.

We then enjoyed the iconic Hyderabadi Haleem, which was rich, slow-cooked, and incredibly comforting, with deep, authentic flavors that reflected traditional preparation.

Next came the ever-popular Chicken 65, served alongside fresh and soft roti, and it was outstanding. The chicken was juicy, perfectly spiced, and beautifully balanced—crispy on the outside and tender inside. It made for a delicious and satisfying combination.

The highlight of the meal was the Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani. The aroma was irresistible, and every bite lived up to expectations. The mutton was melt-in-the-mouth tender, while the fragrant rice was layered with traditional dum spices, delivering an authentic and unforgettable biryani experience.

To end the meal on a sweet note, we were served Zafrani Kheer, which was rich, delicately sweet, and infused with saffron—an elegant and comforting dessert. The experience was perfectly rounded off with Irani Chai, strong, aromatic, and nostalgic, tying the entire meal together beautifully.

Overall, Chulla Express has set a high benchmark for authentic Hyderabadi cuisine in Mississauga. From the quality and authenticity of the food to the warm hospitality and attention to detail, everything was thoughtfully executed. This place is a must-visit for anyone who loves genuine Hyderabadi flavors.

We have visited Chulla Express, several times now, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. Over multiple visits, we have had the opportunity to taste almost all the dishes on their menu (as seen on the menu card), and the quality, authenticity, and consistency have been truly impressive every single time.

Easily the best chicken biryani I’ve tasted I years. Love that they have chicken legs as well and chicken mixed into the rice. Please keep this up. This is my families new go-to biryani spot.

Biryani is consistently good, every time. Potli samosas and lukmis are great for a quick bite. Tried their lychee rabri and Creme Brulee on different occasions and they were decent. Pan is good. Packaging and presentation are top notch. I hope they expand to a big dine-in place soon.

We ordered mutton biryani combo, it was delicious, one of the authentic Hyderabadi places in Mississauga. Their irani chai is one of the best chai you could find in all of GTA. Although the place is a bit congested, but they make it up with their pricing and amazing taste.
