Food was alright, order onion rings and they only gave me 4, wasn't happy with it and the food was also cold, drove it all home 2 minutes down the road and was cold already,

My chicken dinner didn't cook 😩

Ordered take out and received 3 onion rings for 4 dollar's...what a joke..dinning room was discussing...garbage on the floor and tables sticky...customer service representatives need to work on hygiene

Health Hazard Alert 🚫 – Avoid Church’s Texas Chicken, Mississauga Branch

I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this location. The food was clearly spoiled—emitting a foul odor as soon as we peeled it open. It was not just unappetizing, it felt unsafe to consume.

When we brought this to the staff’s attention, their response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the seriousness of the issue, they offered irrelevant answers and focused solely on issuing a refund or replacement. There was no acknowledgment of the potential health risk or any effort to investigate further.

This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety. I strongly urge others to avoid this branch for the sake of your health and well-being.

I went to Church’s Chicken and the food was terrible. The chicken had a foul smell, like it wasn’t fresh at all. When I complained, the staff didn’t take it seriously and were very rude. When I asked them did you eat food if it smells like this, One even told me, “I don’t eat chicken,” instead of fixing the problem.

If you care about food quality and customer service, I’d suggest avoiding this place. Definitely not worth the risk.

Pathetic food quality
Can u imagine asking for a chicken burger with only mayo inside repeated 2-3 times over the phone and when i opened the food at home it was just mayo in the bun… how stupid i mean the most idiotic thing ever.
2nd experience ordered via uber eats - Dead fly in the box of fries. Churchs texas actually needs to upgrade their standards.

Aug 26 2025 8:57pm ordered food, and thr staff messed up the entire order. Instead of a texas supreme, they gave a Mexican sandwich and instead of the onion rings, they gave fries. Chicken was raw and not cooked. Had to go back twice to get correct order. Avoid this location.

We ordered at this branch and we got nothing after waiting for almost an hour . No customer service no respect to people time and in addition to that no “sorry we forgot your order!!” The management and staffing is so below the brand standards…
