I purchased the resse fro the airport lounge and later realized that it had nuts in it. Had my receipt and wished to return it
The representative (Aarti if that's her real name) was quite upset and complained about the return to other customers in front of me. Returns are common but representative didn't wanted to go through the process and had rude and loud tone towards me until I shared that I will be leaving my feedback

Wish people learned politeness and customer service

During some flight cancellations, we stopped here to use our airport vouchers. As expected, everything was quite expensive, but that’s typical for airports. We bought two protein milks and snacks, which totaled over $30. The food was okay—nothing special, but it did the job.

One frustrating aspect was the service. The small express store was often unmanned, and at one point, we waited 8 to 10 minutes for an employee to return. Even when staff were around, they seemed to be wandering rather than being particularly attentive.

On the plus side, they did have Fairlife products, which was a great find. Picking up a couple of those helped boost our protein intake for the day, especially since most other food options leaned heavily toward simple carbs.

For comparison McDonald’s will provide a much better meal burger with all ingredients!Disappointing. Lot to learn from US Airports in this instance.

I ate from this kiosks a couple of times, and the food is substandard with a premium price. The bread is usually old, and the food is tasteless. It requires a special skill to screw up a fresh mozzarella sandwich with a price tag of $15.The airport is full of good places to grab a quick tasty bite for similar prices.

For the price and quality, the food could be significantly better. Was disappointed and due to little choices I guess this is it. Would choose elsewhere if wasn't rushed.

The area around us was very dusty which we pointed out to the server. He said there was absolutely nothing he could do about it and was totally indifferent. Surely if you run a business in the airport you can influence the cleanliness? The food was passable.

The employee working here was not provided any chair to sit on. I feel pity for them.

They charge more than the printed price. Scam.

What can I say? I should have known better. Just awful. Tomatoes were cut horribly and left stem on. Meat was not fresh. The ginger ale was fine. Airport prices are fine but at least have good food.

Just awful. $15 sandwich with the flavour of a cardboard box. Par for the course in this trash airport in a city not worth visiting.

Price is very high, can forgive that, what is hard to accept is the POOR service, 38 dollars, cannot give a receipt and when I asked for a bag she gave me a defective bag and had me pack it myself. That is total BS! how much more to get customer service?
