It’s pretty mid, they microwave the rolls to get them warm. The rolls are a bit dry tbh. Not that great.

This was my first time trying Cinnabon, and I didn’t expect it to be so big! I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t overly sweet, and the cinnamon flavor was really strong — which I loved.

Very DISAPPOINTED!!! THEY INCREASED THE PRICE BUT THE QUALITY VERY POOR. IT SHOULD NOT BE CALLED CINNABON CAUSE YOU CANNOT TASTE THE CINNAMON. VERY DRY AND CAN’T SEE THE CINNAMON🤦🏻‍♀️. THIS IS THE LAST!!! RATE NEGATIVE IF I HAVE A CHOICE!

Caramel Pecan bon was really good for me!!! 😊😋😋😋 I visited here for several times, and recently till now, have eaten original Cinnabon, Chocolate Bon and caramel pecan bon…. But I personally think caramel pecan on is still the best option (one) for me to eat!!! 😌🙂🙃🙃😋😋😋 (it is still the best opinion for me among all Cinnabon dishes options!!!)

We bought today from Square One.. The cashier was dark-skinned and wearing a hijab.. She was very rude, impolite and uncooperative.

Came for $1 minibon deal before 6PM and was told I was too late even though I ordered before 6PM. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Simply Terrible. Have gone to this location a few times and noticed the service isn’t very pleasant but I decided to give it another chance. Tried to order one “centre of the roll” and asked for a bit more frosting to be added on top. They then tried to charge me an extra $1 to do that and said it would also be $1.25 if I wanted it on the side. This is the only location I’ve ever come across that charged for that on top. Ridiculous! How do you justify that? It wasn’t worth fighting back and forth and I went without any of it but definitely soured my experience greatly. Won’t be going back there.

Lady at the front on August 6 at around 5 pm had a disgusting attitude with absolutely no decency, customer service, or etiquette. Her impolite body language, consisting of rolling her eyes and practically tossing cash and orders with utter disrespect, needs much work. I do not know who hired her… management indisputably needs to step up their game.

Pro tip: try not to treat humans like animals. Learn some respect!

I jut bought 2 buns for 6,25 each the smallest one,first they charged us caramel I didn't ask for I wanted the one exactly what they as a show model, I only wanted one kind of sauce but she showed me to put it when I was and grabbed my coffee there was nothing on top and the bun was broken in many peaces ,she did that just because I didn't want caramel, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER GO BACK. THEY DON'T DESERVE A STAR , WITH BAD ATETUDE.

I visited the Cinnabon at Square One for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. The place wasn't crowded, and I was quickly attended to by the server. There were many options for Cinnabon, along with some drink choices. I decided to try a single, small-sized Cinnabon since it was my first visit.

The taste was okay, but it wasn't worth the money. The small piece shown in the picture cost me about $7, which I found to be overpriced. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be visiting again.
