Cinnabon

Went there today after shopping and it was a hectic day at the store and most of the staff seemeed new, which led to longer wait times. I understand they're new, but maybe put more senior staff during rush hours/ busy days could really help the customer experience.

Really rude staff. Not at all helpful. The way they speak to customers borders on condescending. Customer service is a big fat 0

I love there Cinnabon and have been coming to this spot for almost 3 yrs now. Servers they are good and friendly however got to know yesterday that they increased their churros price a bit disappointing as compare to the size of one single churros proportionate to price.
Moreover I still love their Cinnabon.

We ordered the Mango drink. Everything was fine; the drink was delicious, and I wouldn't have noticed if my brother hadn't pointed it out. When handing out my drink, the employee had to put the mop aside as it was in the way, while my straw and drink were still in their hand. There are so many ways to put the mop away while not touching it to stop cross-contamination especially when serving a customer their drink or straw. Hopefully, by this review, they will be more careful with how they handle serving their customer.

Got centre of the roll but so stale and hard, like old bread. Not worth the money.

Really fresh. Went on a Saturday at 8pm. Got a minibon and it was warm, moist. They didn't need to reheat it, felt straight from the oven. Service cashier guy was also super friendly.

I went this past weekend to grab a box and was given the driest, tasteless cinnamon buns.

It tasted like dough with icing and when I peeled through the layers, there was hardly any cinnamon sugar on the inside (as pictured)... This was how it was like for the entire box too so it wasn't just the odd roll. Not sure if it was just that day but I hope this is not a permanent change in the recipe

Normally I really like this location so that was a huge bummer

It’s pretty mid, they microwave the rolls to get them warm. The rolls are a bit dry tbh. Not that great.

This was my first time trying Cinnabon, and I didn’t expect it to be so big! I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t overly sweet, and the cinnamon flavor was really strong — which I loved.

Amazing cinnamon roll and kind staff.

Very DISAPPOINTED!!! THEY INCREASED THE PRICE BUT THE QUALITY VERY POOR. IT SHOULD NOT BE CALLED CINNABON CAUSE YOU CANNOT TASTE THE CINNAMON. VERY DRY AND CAN’T SEE THE CINNAMON🤦🏻‍♀️. THIS IS THE LAST!!! RATE NEGATIVE IF I HAVE A CHOICE!

Please change the staff in this location ASAP, very rude unprofessional,

Caramel Pecan bon was really good for me!!! 😊😋😋😋 I visited here for several times, and recently till now, have eaten original Cinnabon, Chocolate Bon and caramel pecan bon…. But I personally think caramel pecan on is still the best option (one) for me to eat!!! 😌🙂🙃🙃😋😋😋 (it is still the best opinion for me among all Cinnabon dishes options!!!)

We bought today from Square One.. The cashier was dark-skinned and wearing a hijab.. She was very rude, impolite and uncooperative.
