I’ve been a Cinnabon customer for many years but today I had a surprising experience at this store. They already had freshly baked Cinnabons available but when I asked for one I was told I have to pay an extra $5 even though it was the exact same Cinnabon they had ready. The woman at the counter gave confusing answers and didn’t seem to know how to deal with customers. First time I’ve seen this at a Cinnabon and it was disappointing.

First Time Trying Cinnamon Rolls
I come from a country where cinnamon isn’t commonly used in desserts, so trying a classic Cinnabon roll was a completely new experience for me. And I absolutely loved it!
The roll was warm, soft, and had just the right balance of sweetness and spice. The cinnamon flavor was rich but not overpowering. If you're curious or trying it for the first time like me, I’d definitely say — go for it! It’s worth the hype.

I bought from him yesterday at 7 pm.. It was the worst time I bought from cinnamon.. The girl there was very bad in dealing with us and was rude and did not know how to deal with customers.. We asked for the small size and it was very small and different from what we always ask for from the Square one branch.. I do not recommend visiting it or dealing with the bad girl

I bought 2 regualr buns and they were both not fully cooked. Or the dough was not made correctly, I even put them in my air fryer but still didn't seem cooked. I will definitely be very hesitatent before ordering again, as it was a waste of money and could not be eaten

What can be said against a nice hot sticky Cinnamon roll with generous amounts of sugar on top! Have been coming here for a decade. Only downside is the seating area never seems clean

I came here on sunday to buy a box of 4 classic and one individually with caramel peacans I dont remember her name, she was Jane, Jenny? But she gave me a very good impression on her customer service, she even let me choose the cinnabon, and agreed to give me lots of cream, luv it. I know this is not the best location but for her, she served me rly well and the cinnabon was good too. Thank you
I bought a churro and a Cinnabon, first off they tasted like day old bread with sugar on top. They were not fresh. I talked to the Asian worker and explained to them that this was not fresh her response was “that’s how we make them and it’s normal” it was clear to me that they don’t know real customer service and are clearly unable to understand English. The countertop was dirty with garbage on the floor and none of the workers cared to keep the area clean

I can’t describe my absolute disappointment with many things at this specific location. Went there on Saturday around 11:30am and there were no buns to purchase and we have to wait for a new baked butch. After 12 min waiting for finished baking and I order iced one and rude employee name Linda was trying to put icing on a fresh baked bun with one hand while she was continued texting on her cell phone at front of me with another. All the three employees were on the phones and more interested socializing with each other. Overall the buns were underbaked and I will not ever return to this location.

The lady named « Hope » working behind the counter was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I wanted to buy a pack of 4 and requested her to pack me the fresh one but she informed me if I would like to buy the fresh one I will have to pay individually which she informed $7 each and if I buy the pack it would be $23. I requested her to pack me the fresh one but she is stubborn on not giving us the fresh one. I didn’t see any sign in the restaurant stating fresh Cinnabon would be more pricy then the packed on. I would like to request the CEO of Cinnabon to reach out as soon as possible as this behaviour of misinformation is unacceptable.
