This is definitely my go to bakery. The items are always fresh. I usually buy bread and scones. Even when the store is busy, I never wait long to have the bread cut. The staff is also very friendly and eager to answer questions about items I've never purchased before. They also have a revised points program that earns dollars towards purchases. I recommend this location for your bakery choices.

Purchase dinner rolls on September-15-2024 when I enquired if there’s an offer they said no and then later during the day a friend of mine informed me that they had a offer for giving a loaf of bread on $15.00 purchase. I called though rude the individual on the phone was informed me that yes there’s a free loaf of bread. I answered in that case I should have got two loaves as I had purchased $32.00 dollars he was rude and said no you’ll get one it’s two loaves for over $75.00 dollar purchase. He said come the next day but due to rudeness I didn’t go. First time experienced such rude customer service.

Called ahead for 2 loaves to be cut...so ordered ahead but they say it won't be ready for an hour..as they deal with customers in store first? So better to stand in line for 15.mins in the store to get my order and not call ahead ? What if i cant ..Am I not a customer as well calling in that requires an order.? Where in line does my phone order go?

I visited the bakery for the first time today and was disappointed by the customer service. The staff informed me that the bread was freshly baked. however, the items I purchased were cold and stale. I'm definitely not going back there again..

their baked goods are always great -- fresh and delicious! nothing compares to their hotdog and hamburger buns. place is neat and tidy. staff always nice and friendly.

It had been a while since we picked up our favourite lemon blueberry scones from Cobbs. Unfortunately, they were not up to their usual standard. They were really dense and gummy and lacked lemon flavour, not to mention so much smaller than they used to be. I paid almost $17 for six scones; they better be the best scones I have ever tasted. You know when you are craving something, and then you have it, which is disappointing? That's my experience with Cobbs scones today.

We bought a few things from there. We left the store to our car in the parking lot. We were outside of the store for litteraly less than two minutes. We decided that we want to instantly eat a couple of croissants, we came back and asked them to warm them up. They refused while saying that the products had left the store and they can no longer warm it up. I was not pleased by the lack of service

High quality fresh bread and pastries. Cheese pull-apart loaf was beyond delicious, along with mini pizza like breads with different toppings. It's a small place (refering to the front of the store; a large space in the back is used by the bakery itself), lots of people in and out, but service is excellent, so you would not be stuck waiting in line. It is quite expensive (cheese loaf was $8, and mini breads with toppings $3-4 each, plus taxes), so I think of shopping here more as a treat, rather than regular place to buy bread. Opportunity for improvement: add gluten free options, there aren't any available now.

I called the store, asked someone how they were doing. The response was asking if I was trying to sell something and then hanging up on me…. Too bad there’s not a Zero star option lol
