Service was fair, although it seemed pretty short staffed that day. The menu is also ridiculously small and hard to see so it's challenging for new customers to know what's available. Aside from this the drinks were fair.

This review is regarding my experience at the Coco location at Sherway gardens.I generally enjoy Coco and order from them as a treat. My suggestion to them would be that in peak hours when your lines are long (ex. Saturday afternoons at a mall), to post notices at your counters informing customers of which products you have sold out of.

This CoCo’s does an amazing job at making bubble tea! The stuff are very patient, quick and accommodating. The drinks taste really good and I find myself often ordering from here! My all time favourite drinks are the Matcha Milk Tea, Strawberry Black tea and Taro Milk Tea!

Best quality and refreshing. First time tried this location but definitely worth visiting. The packaging was superb n easy to handle. Definitely trying more stuff on next visit. Visited more than 10 bubble tea shop in last year but this one is one of the best i know so far. Little friendliness will make the store perfect as not fully satisfied with staff nature but product 10 out of 10 n that’s y 5 star.

Lots of space to dine in but the drink wasn't to par. I ordered the Sago Mango Green Tea with Pudding and got minimal sago and basically no pudding. I also asked for 50 precent sugar but it tasted very very sweet. They don't seem to have the same promotions as other stores or many promotions and the staff is decently slow. The dining area is great and tons of parking.

I’ve always liked their drinks until yesterday when I accidentally placed an order on the wrong location and when I asked for a refund or a credit to redeem my drinks they denied it to me. Being a brand that makes so much money they could have found a way to work with me. Very shady on their end and bad customer service. I used to love them and they have a very convenient store close by my house but after yesterday I rather buy somewhere else.

The worst and unprofessional staff, i have requested an extra cream for my taro and they refused to do it with no logic reason, they kept ignoring my request and embarrassed me in-front of other customers. Honestly till today I don’t understand why they have refused. I have experienced the worst customer service experience in my life. ?
Ordered a fresh mango slush with pearls and a strawberry black tea with crystal Boba. Both drinks were great and the toppings tasted very fresh. Would definitely come back.

Arrived right at opening at 12pm, placed our order online through the app right at noon. A lady was there before us order 10 drinks in the store, she got her drinks but we still haven’t seen our drinks yet.Waited for another 15mins, 5 people after me came in and ordered in store all got their drinks!! Me and another girl also placed our orders through the app still waiting for our drinks while another 6 people came in and pay in store and already got their drinks before us… again!!!I understand with covid, the wait time can be long. But the fact is we were placed our orders way before all the customers who came in to store 45 mins after but they still got their drinks ahead of us!! This is really ridiculous as the employees priority the customers who order in store more than people order through the app.Very disappointed as I just ordered 3 drinks.. and we end up waiting from 12pm when the store just opened, Im pretty sure we are the 2nd customers there but we didn’t get our drinks an hour later!!

The staff taking too long just to make just one drink, they're always busy and staff is taking too long so don't recommend if you are in the hurry just drive to any other location is better than it. They also doesn't do response to confirm the order that fast. Take like 10 minutes for them to confirm the app order and 25 other minutes to make my drink. Will not coming back

They have the best bubble tea ever, however they need to maintain quality and have tapioca at all times, I have been to this place many times, and am frequently told that they do not have tapioca.
