I ordered two drinks yesterday and the customer service was amazing!! I was greeted by the blonde girl with glasses and she gave me the best drink recommendations. The first drink was a honeydew drink and the second drink was the black tea macchiato and both were made to perfection. 10/10 would recommend going!!

The girl working the counter had one of the worst attitudes Iāve ever encountered. The moment I asked about a drink, she snapped that it was āsold outā, with a tone so rude it was as if I had personally offended her by even asking. As someone whoās worked in the service industry, it was blatantly obvious she just didnāt want to make the drink because it would take more than a minute. There was zero effort, zero professionalism, and zero respect for the customer. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Iāve never had such an unpleasant experience. If you canāt be bothered to do your job, you shouldnāt be behind the counter.
Love the taro, they used to have the red bean, hope they can bring it back
Service was horrible. Don't have enough supplies to make most of the drinks and girl at the counter was extremely rude. Ordered the honey dew sago, the sago was not cooked and rock solid. Wouldn't recommend this location. Please retrain your staff.

Fresh taro milk tea is very bad ,I came back after 2 mins my brother brought to the car for me .I told them the taste like the taro isnāt good today but they said thatās the order I wanted and if they make another taro drink will be the same !!! I left the drink there for them .Wasted my money.
