I was the only one waiting, yet they didn’t bother to prepare my order until I asked. On top of that, the drink I ordered tasted sour.

I got 40 dollars of bubble tea, and they wanted to charge me for the bag 15c. I didn't have the change. I had to get all 4 drinks to the car, lol
Did not care that I almost dropped the drinks. Maybe if a client just spent $40 for 4 drinks, they would give the bag for free will not be back to this location

THEY MAKE DRINKS IN A RUSH AND THE DRINKS TASTE HORRIBLE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR DRINKS THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

order a regular sugar pearl milk tea but the drink taste like 30% sugar, plus tapioca are not sweet at all, waste of money

I ordered mango green tea with regular sugar and regular ice. The drink I got had absolutely no mango flavour and no sweetness, it might be my taste in tea is different from the brand’s direction but I’m not expecting to get such a poor taste from a mango drink.

They don't give bags for takeout. I ordered 10 drinks and they expect me to carry all 10 drinks without a bag. Don't buy from here.

I got medium passion fruit and mango slushy with pearls and crystal pearls. The location is in a plaza and they have small sitting area. The drink is so good and crystal pearls is so Chewy like gum. Very yummy.

Visited this store today on 5/12/2024 and I was absolutely appalled by the attitude of the male cashier. It was at around 8:45PM when we had entered through the B-Trust supermarket that is attached to the store to get a drink. We had waited there patiently there to be served. However to our shock, the male cashier in question came up and told us that since the supermarket is closing at 9PM that we would need to enter from the other entrance to the shop and rejoin the line AGAIN(which has already piled up a lot of people since our arrival). I do understand that the supermarket in 15 minutes and that the drinks may not finished by then, however instead of making us line up AGAIN why not take the order first and we could make our way to pick up the drinks from the other side. I have always had a postive experience with this location in the past both from the service and drink quality perspectives but this interaction has tainted its entire track record. It is safe to say that I will not be returning to this store in the future.

You know this location is shady when they force you to tip 10% 15% 20% and disable the no tip and custom options on the terminal. You either tip, or pay cash so they can dodge tax.
