Today I ordered the Matcha Berry Latte, but it wasn’t really not good for my taste. However, my favorite drink is Brown sugar boba tea 🧋 it is really good😋 I really like it😍 One thing I always wondering about why so many drinks are always sold out when i order on kiosk every time i visit..
But boba tea always best~~🤗

I ordered a Chunky Mango Slush with 30% sugar. But it came up with a milky mago juice with 100% sugar. Tastes very bad. I never had this experience with other locations Coco before. This one is very disappointed. And waste my money.

EDIT: was there around 12pm and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I felt so bad about altering the drink but the barista was so understanding and made two drinks within 3 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal

staff attitude is very bad

i usually have a good experience here but i recently went in an ordered a brown sugar milk tea (as i always have done the exact same way) and the guy made it with jasmine milk instead. I never noticed and took a sip and realized it wasn’t what i ordered. I went in and asked him about it and he remade it but he asked me to pay for it. I asked him if he could subtract the difference cause in my mind why did i have to pay for something that wasn’t made right in the first place. He said because they already made it and i sipped it they wouldn’t refund me. I ended up paying again and walked out because i hate to cause a scene. This guy seemed new because i’ve never seen him before but i wont be coming back again and i wouldn’t recommend coming here. I’ve never had this problem before but the fact that this happened once is enough. I won’t come to a place where if they’re wrong i have to pay double lol. Go to the Heartland location instead.

CoCo at Golden Square Centre is my go-to spot for bubble tea! I usually get the Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea and the Brown Sugar Jasmine Milk Tea — both are consistently delicious and perfectly sweet. They also offer seasonal specialty drinks like oolong tea and a wide variety of other options, which keeps things interesting.

I’ve noticed their prices are more affordable than many competitors, which is a big plus. Service is always polite and quick, and there's a convenient window from the B-Trust supermarket into the store — super handy if you're craving bubble tea while shopping.

This location allegedly is always out of stock on Lychee Green Tea. Every time I go in person to order the lychee green tea, the cashier tells me they’re out of stock. I ask when it’ll be back in stock and she didn’t know when their next supply of shipments was. Miraculously whenever I order through ubereats my lychee green tea is never out of stock here. Very poor customer service at this location.

I was the only one waiting, yet they didn’t bother to prepare my order until I asked. On top of that, the drink I ordered tasted sour.

I got 40 dollars of bubble tea, and they wanted to charge me for the bag 15c. I didn't have the change. I had to get all 4 drinks to the car, lol
Did not care that I almost dropped the drinks. Maybe if a client just spent $40 for 4 drinks, they would give the bag for free will not be back to this location

TERRIBLE LOCATION NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN!
THEY MAKE DRINKS IN A RUSH AND THE DRINKS TASTE HORRIBLE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE ON YOUR DRINKS THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
