Great service! Toppings overload!! Totally worth it!!

I’ve never had a bad bubble tea from coco until yesterday. I got the oolong milk tea and the flavour was so diluted and watery, not creamy how milk tea usually is - and I have gotten the oolong tea before. The employee was very kind and said he would remake them for me, but even after that unfortunately it did not taste as it was supposed to. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location even though the service was great.

Dirty place, floor and windows are full of bugs.

Customer service is not the best, I felt like I was bothering the person working there by just ordering.

I regularly get Coco. This location always makes my drink watery unfortunately. Other locations properly measure their ingredients while making drinks. I noticed its not done here.

Ordered an oolong milk tea with pearls and received a drink with just milk, liquid sugar and pearls. Good thing I looked at the drink color or else I would have just been drinking milk and didn’t realize… there was no oolong in my drink.

Took pictures and the drink is just white, not the usual brownish when there’s tea mixed.

Reached out to store and waiting for a response. Will update accordingly when receive a response.

Response to the below: absolutely not true, I got the same drink about a week before with same ingredients and you could taste the oolong. I couldn’t even taste the oolong in yesterday’s drink. I don’t understand how a drink with oolong or any tea and just be white.

The juice is great with a lot of options but too sweet for my taste. If you buy 2 strawberry flavored juices you get a Barbie cooler bag. Kids will definitely love this place. The price is reasonable. It's paid parking in this location

The branch at erin mills is so so. The boba bubble tastes different here.

I took mango slush Total garbage, half of the drink is just ice the rest tasted like artificial mango worst experience. Top of that the guy made my drink in 30 seconds and didn’t even wash the container after he made my drink just washed it with little bit water and kept it for making the drink next time, totally unhygienic

Service is very good. The tearistas are always very courteous and kind.

Atmosphere: decently clean. However, it was VERY hot as the AC was not turned on in June.

Food: The drinks were tasty but Coco has to keep up with its competitors in terms of variety and inventory replenishment. On my visit the following were not available:
- any drink with honey
- fresh taro for a taro slush
- lychee syrup for lychee-flavoured drinks

The girl was not even listening to my order then i orders with extra tapioca and a other deink with extra tapioca but the she put me no tapioca and the other drink x2 tapioca

The actual location of this place is horrible, you cannot park anywhere and the door always swings all the way open. There is no where to sit most of the time. It is more expensive then the average bubble tea and I hate that they switched to paper cups where I cannot even see my drink. The drink itself is really good and it has good boba in the Erin Mills area.
