The place reeks of human feces. Genuinely disgusting. How on earth does it make sense to leave the bathroom door open so that the scent is spread through to all the customers as soon as you walk in. It’s so off putting to go to a place that serves food products for it to literally reek of poo. Do better because I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Edit: Just returned for the first time in awhile and yet again the bathroom door is open and I smelled feces from the entrance. That is final I will not be returning as this is a health violation and will be filing a formal complaint.

I ordered this and it was absolutely terrible. No taste and everything just bland as if a kid is making smoothie for the first time.

Show some professionalism and serve good product. You charged 11$ for this drink that is unbelievable.

It took two of the workers (while the third one disappeared into the back) to “fix” the plastic machine that puts the cover on the bubble tea. My friend’s drink ended up spilling as it was only half covered and they DIDN’T give any warning either… January 9th in the evening

Closes 20 minutes before it says on their google hours. They will turn you away. Just go to tiger sugar down the road it is much better and actually open until the time it says it’s open

Very unwelcoming vibe here. From the staff to the lack of music and empty shelves which usually are filled with boardgames and books at other similar establishments.

Drinks are very good. I'd recommend just ordering on Uber eats to avoid encounters with the staff and to avoid very long wait times.

They clearly don't care enough to change anything since everyone else has been leaving the same feedback for a while.

Been going to this location for a while now and recently the service has gotten really bad! We waited long just to order and while waiting for our order the young girl was too busy on the phone. Quality of the Boba has definitely gone downhill as well. It’s really unfortunate but I’d rather spend my money elsewhere and get good quality boba and service!

I'm really annoyed with the service today. WE went to get matcha stawberry and ordered pearls and pudding with it. few min later the guy came and said we can only put one item and he wants to refund the other item we already paid. I said we already paid and another location we got this order without any issues. Then we got the bubble tea and this manager didn't bother putting the strawberry syrup. so I went and asked her she said she forgot and offer to make another one. So she made another one this time she didnt put the pudding that we paid for. Also, she asked bunch of question about the other store who made two items and asked what date we went to that location. This is such a bad customer service and waste of time and money. We paid for a drink that wasn't made right and top of that this manager's service was really bad.

Have been a regular here since the Chatime nearby closed down. The drink quality was consistent and this location used to have a cute little corner of stationery. For the last 2 months, there have been several episodes of rude interactions with the same short lady but the drink quality was consistent so I still choose to come back. But today was my last straw. Came in, ordered the 32oz, asked for no toppings, girl A (not the rude lady) said “It’s not possible because of the promotion” and the toppings needs to be filled to the line (red line in photo). Told girl A that I understand and asked her to put as less as possible because last time the sago expanded a lot after few hours which made it hard for me to finish the drink. She agreed and said “okay we will”. Then when I got to the counter, saw the amount of sago they put (blue line in photo), asked girl B why they put so much, even above the line, when I asked for less. Girl B stood there, stumbling her words, girl A nowhere to be seen. I signed, took my drink and left. I was the only customer there. Nobody before me or was in line after me so I doubt they would mixed up any other requests. Disappointing is an understatement at this point.

Been here twice in like two weeks and each time there’s this one girl working who’s been extremely rude and it’s not only me who noticed it the other customers as well and my friends who are with me. It’s a small girl who usually works on weekdays I was there yesterday and she’s so unpleasant.

I am a regular customer at your bubble tea store, but I was quite disappointed with my recent experience.

One of your staff members was noticeably unfriendly—there was no greeting, no smile, and an overall lack of courtesy or enthusiasm. As a customer, I felt unwelcome and disrespected, which negatively impacted my visit. Also, I had to wait a very long time to be served, even though the store wasn’t too busy at the time.
