I love cocos! They make such authentic bubble tea at fair costs and great service always!

drinks and service are fine but the smell in there is so bad that it's hard to trust the cleanliness of anything. definitely makes the entire experience less appetizing.

Drinks are pretty standard, but why does it always smell like a washroom in here?

Barista was really rude and gave a lot of attitude for no reason :( then made us wait 20 minutes for a basic milk tea in an empty store. :O

smells like poop CLOSE THE BATHROOM DOOR. Not sure why recently they’ve been leaving it open but it smells disgusting CLOSE THAT BATHROOM DOOR.!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Friendly staff and lot of online orders. Sometimes just need to be more patient, or order online ahead of time. I also found their bubble tea is sweeter than other locations when I order 50% sugar.

Drinks are ok but customer service is terrible. I don't recommend this spot, the Bank Street location is a much better choice.

Loved their Sago Taro tea. They are affordable and always have a deal going on.

Tea is good but service is not there. Went to pick up via app order. No people in line. Waited 5 mins. Staff there didn't even want to say hi or thank you. 0 communication during the pick up.

Coco has always been one of my favourite bubble tea spots in Ottawa. However, the Merivale location always has a strong odour right when you walk into the store. Sometimes it smells like strong cleaning products, other times it smells heavily like an uncleaned washroom. It makes it hard to enjoy my time drinking bubble tea with friends. Hopefully the owners look into it more closely.

I ordered grapefruit YAk tea at store today, and the staff said that it's slush ice, I couldn't choose to less ice, but when I got it, it was full of little ice cubes, which was not very tasty.

Very good bubble tea and study place. My favorites is their regular milk tea with less sugar and their strawberry latte. They open late and are perfect for quiet studying (unlike chattime where the music played is always very loud and distracting) but there IS better spots to drink boba in Ottawa. Still a spot I’d recommend.
