Bad service
I had a really frustrating experience here.I ordered a drink, but it was made so badly that everyone in the car tried it, and we all agreed it wasn’t good. I politely asked for a new one—even offering to pay instead of asking for a refund—but the staff rudely told me they had already thrown everything out and they can't do anything, even though it was only one minute after closing. It was a complete waste of money. I understand closing times, but refusing to accommodate a paying customer, especially when I wasn’t asking for anything for free, is just bad business. Definitely won’t be coming back.
I bought a Coco cup for $15 because I was told that bringing it back would get me free toppings. Today, I brought my cup, ordered a drink with toppings, and was still charged for the toppings. When I asked the cashier why, she said she didn’t know about the free topping policy. Then what’s the point of selling the cup? The cup was hard to get—only three available per day—and $15 isn’t cheap. After explaining, they refunded me $0.60 in cash, even though I clearly said I didn’t want cash back. Poor management and lack of communication.
This is a kind reminder of one your employees, who just dug his nostrils and then calmly opened a Yakult without washing his hands…. He is a medium size chubby man with short black curly hair in a pair of glasses. Another female employee made my bubble tea who has been very nice to me. The reason why I did not give a one star comment is that I like this Coco and I hope you guys can at least pay more attention to hygiene. Please watch out for your behavior.

I’ve always loved coco and their milk tea is so fragrant and tasty! I got a milk tea with qq topping, which is basically mini rice cake/mochi balls. Very delicious! Their medium size feels like a good sizeable portion.
This location has a few tables in the back for customers as well as a washroom.
One thing I disliked was their paper straws. The quality of the straws are not very good, so when you try to use the PAPER straws to poke through the PLASTIC cover, 9/10 times the straw gets blunt on the end and fails to poke through. It has happened to me several times already and always only when I get drinks from Coco. This time, not only did I fail to poke through the plastic cover, but it ended up spilling onto me, which was a big hassle to clean up. Their washroom ran out of paper hand towels so that was another thing.
I understand trying to be eco-friendly, but atleast make sure that the paper straws you source can actually poke through the plastic covers. Other than that, I have no complaints and am very happy with the quality of their drinks.
It's been a while since visiting this place but picked up some drinks today. Ordered through the app. Once got to the store, I was pretty much ignored by the employee. There isn't a clear sign of where the pick-up location is for mobile orders. Walked up to the worker but they weren't friendly. Just waited and even though the guy told the cashier to serve me since I'm here for the mobile order, she had no clue.
Ordered one 3 Guys and three grapefruit green tea with crystal pearls. grapefruit green teas were fine but the 3 Guys was missing grass jelly and pudding. Double-checked the sticker on the cup to see if they mistakenly made regular Pearl Milk tea, but it said 3 Guys. So they made it wrong. Wouldn't revisit it. Even though the head office heavily manages Coco, every store I visit across the GTA has different services and flavours of the drinks. They need consistency.
I am posting this as someone who is a loyal customer to coco who has the VIP card and still has over 100 points.

The service I received during my recent visit to this location was frustrating and disheartening.
When I entered the store, I was greeted with silence from the staff, despite my attempt to greet them with a friendly “hello.” After placing my order, I felt that the staff member was not only unresponsive but also displayed a rude attitude throughout the interaction. They did not acknowledge me properly and seemed dismissive when I asked a question about the menu.
It was disheartening to experience such poor customer service, especially in a business that prides itself on providing a welcoming atmosphere. I understand that everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and respect should always be a standard when interacting with customers.
The drinks that I got which was full of pearls and I only got 1/4 cup of the milk tea itself. They also didn’t label my orders which made it confusing. The photo that I provided was to prove how much pearls was left inside my drink even after taking out a lot already.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and address this issue with the staff. Great customer service is key to retaining customers, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the standard I’ve come to expect from Coco Milk Tea.
Went here to get couple of drinks and the cashier was so rude. I may not know what language they speak but the BODY language speaks louder than anything else. I was asking if we could seat POLITELY, but girl was talking to her co worker with the look of disdain, rolling her eyes as if my simple question was an inconvenience. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional—definitely not the kind of experience I expected when coming here.

Within the past few months their teas have become a lot more watered down, making the drinks taste bland. I don't recommend going to this spot if you enjoy the taste of tea.
Worst service and rude staff especially the asian guy who wear glasses.
November 17 , 2024 9:54pm one of your employee is working sick, sneezing and everything with his mouth open and to his hand and touching everything without washing his hand also picking his nose. Disgusting. I love coco but this is unacceptable.

Worst of the worst..never come here and run..the drinks are not up to standard and employees are rude as hell. They make snide comments if you sit in their tables….. but as well take away the chairs and tables. The workers need to learn customer service
