I LOVE this place. For over a decade now it has been my go to spot in North York when craving a bubble tea or something fancy then what I make at home.My 2 favorite go to's are customized Matcha Milk Tea and customized Grapefruit Yakult with coconut jelly.They point system is good too allowing to get a free drink after 10 purchases. Although pricy (2 large drinks about $15) they quality is satisfactory.My hubby jokes I'm addicted as it's one of the first few stops we make when visiting the city.In comparison to other tea spots I prefer Coco because of the consistency never feeling like my drink has been watered down. It always holds that milky thick taste and the staff follow customizations well.If you are a fan of buuble tea this is the place! Just always make sure to adjust the sweetness to your taste.

With so many bubble tea brands being overpriced, coco's price stays reasonable and the quality is consistent. I love their new floral series, the tea and milk blends really well- reminds me of the milk tea I drank in Taiwan!

Awful customer service! We ordered 17 drinks and they couldn't even give us bags to carry. Starbucks gives out free carriers all the time. We had to pay for stupid bags, and the staff there wasn't even trying to help us out. Not gonna come back here ever again.

The restaurant is long and narrow, with seating on one side. There is soft, easy-listening music playing in the background. The customer service is good. We ordered the following: 1. Brown Sugar Pearl's Jasmine Milk Tea (large, $5.80+$1.00). 2. Mango Green Tea with Crystal Pearl's (large, $5.50+$0.50). You can choose the sugar and ice levels. Both drinks were monthly specials, so they only cost $4.80. They were as expected. You need to ask for a key to use their washrooms. If a staff member goes in/out of the back door, it slams extremely loudly, so be warned if you sit at the back table. There is no free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are two gender-neutral washrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2024-003

Used to come here frequently but after they switched to paper straws that fall apart as i'm drinking my drink i'll be going to other coco locations that have plastic straws

Worse customer service. When I asked one of the employees if they’ve seen my glasses, they said no. So I decided to look around and literally not even 5 seconds the guy shouted “WE DON’T HAVE YOUR GLASSES LEAVE AND DONT’T COMEBACK!”. Thx for the embarrassment. ???

This place can’t follow simple customer instructions. I asked for less ice and they said it’s not possible to do that due to unknown reason. They must improve on customer service skills other than that great place.
