I tried the Passion Fruit Green Tea with Pearls & Coconut Jelly, the taste is fine & I could had given it more stars since the crew is fast in preparing the drink. However, the speed in preparing it is probably the bad thing because I was not aware that aside from the Tapioca Pearls & Coconut Jelly, it also comes with the fruit seeds, lot & lots of it.
On my first sip & tried to chew what I thought was just pearls & jelly but felt biting into a hard object which I soon realized is a seed, I thought it’s just a one off but then on the next sip comes another & more seeds every sip! And since they use paper cup, there is no way to know that it’s packed with seed & not just pearls & jelly. So instead of enjoying the drink while watching a show, I spent the next 30 mins carefully spitting the seed on the plate & end up with over a HUNDRED SEEDS (see picture)!!
Good thing I decided to drink it at home & not on the way or I will be littering our street with seeds as there’s no way I will swallow them. It’s really an unpleasant experience when you end up focused on the seeds rather than enjoying the drink!
They should had thought about removing the seeds when they decided to offer this drink especially they use paper cup so customers don’t see what’s inside in it. I wouldn’t recommend this drink, not worth the price and the time.

Hey whoever wanna get boba get, RUN! I went to get boba and after that guess what?! Their washroom is CLOSED and I’m forced to go somewhere else to find washroom. And this is a place selling drinks… unbelievable! ❌

It feels like half the menu is missing from this store. Came into the store and saw 2 employees sitting on their phones (break?) and the 3rd one taking orders and making drinks. A lot of their drinks are food delivery orders. There was also a line up of customers waiting to order in store. It wasn't until a customer left the line and left the store, the employee asked the others for help.
Those employees need a little supervision.
Drinks tasted fine, the oolong milk tea was a little light compared to the other coco's.

They were very kind and professional, and demonstrated great teamwork. Even under pressure and despite being extremely busy, they remained calm and composed. Her smile, in that simple gray outfit, brought unexpected joy to my day

Such a bad location ever. The staff at 6:56 pm on Friday, July 19 did not respect customers, and served in a mean way. I don't know her name but you should retrain your staff.
