The service attitude is very good 👍! Recommend Matcha milk tea with coconut fruit is very good

They didn't put the lid on properly and now there's a giant mess in my living room. Very disappointed by the lack of care.

Coco’s is one of my top favourite bubble tea shops. Their drinks are always consistent. You can never go wrong with taro sago bubble tea

I just ordered my drink at Uber for pickup, but the guy tossed his hair and said they didn't have enough green tea to finish my drink, and he kept blowing his nose, I almost wanted to cancel and leave. Thank God another guy in a hat came over and said he will going to make me a green tea right now and remake my bubble tea. And wait for 10 minutes or so, it was great.

Poor customer service. The tall girl with the blonde hair with glasses is so rude to every customer. She's even yawning while talking with customers and she looks so lazy doing the drinks. Service sucks!!!!

This place is horrible. I think the workers there are purposely trolling by putting in 3x sugar. Happened to me multiple times…

Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Coco’s. I ordered a 3 Guys with no ice. The drink I received was filled with ice to the brim (I did not know before I left with the drink as the cups are no longer see-through/plastic, as they have switched to paper cups).

I came back to the store to inform the barista that there is ice in my drink when I requested for no ice. All she did was rip the seal open, poured out one quarter of my drink to remove the ice, and resealed the cup. I was in shock, because having been working in the bubble tea business for several years, you are supposed to remake the drink which you made incorrectly.

I advised her that I would like for my drink to be remade as they initially messed my order up. The worker (a larger Asian woman with blonde hair) told me no, because it’s policy that they just “remove the ice” if a customer requests for no ice. I told her she poured a quarter of my drink away when she removed the ice. She told me that the best she can do is add water to my drink because “ice is water”, so if I didn’t want ice, they would have to substitute it with water. I was baffled. The reason I did not want ice is because it was already cold out, and ice dilutes the drink. It was NEVER the case that Coco substitutes ice for water, she is clearly just making things up as she goes.

Luckily a young man/coworker overheard our conversation and told her “it’s not that serious”, and remade my drink the way that I ordered it, and apologized on his coworker’s behalf.

I think the larger/overweighed blonde girl is the supervisor or something, because she was having a power trip over this whole situation. Please do better. This type of service creates a horrible name for Coco’s.

Great place to get good bubble tea drinks, the strawberry latte is really good!
