Worst customer service
I had a terrible experience at this place. The customer service was extremely poor—the staff was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, they refused to allow me to use the washroom, which was completely unreasonable. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy made the visit very unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Can't complain. The strawberry fruit tea with tapioca had real strawberry chunks, the tapioca was chewy and sweet, and regular sugar level was not overly sweet. ? The service was friendly and fast too.

Super cute interior - I got a strawberry latte with coconut jelly and it was very good. Fiancé got matcha brown sugar milk tea and it was also very tasty!
