To the owner: The manager, that was working tonight, has an ego problem, I recommend that she get some coaching ASAP. My regular drink that I get there was not it's regular sweetest level, so I asked if there can be more sugar added, she replied saying due to health sanitization reasons that couldn't be done, which is fine but then I asked her if she could remake the drink, and she answered no as well. However, she was okay with giving me a cash refund for the drink, but she was not okay with remaking it which is an odd business practice. I feel that she has a hard time taking constructive feedback and very stuck in her ways.

Terrible service at this location. I hate seeing Chinese scolding a Canadian server for messing up the order. This is very unacceptable. You should not shame any of your employees in front of your customers. And the matcha macchiato drink is terrible. I guess the drink quality reflects how a person behaves. Never coming to this store again. This is truly sad. I would give you zero star if I can. Again, I watched many reviews, and all you guys do is just copy and paste the same exact words to your customers. Is this how you resolved your problem? I highly recommend people think twice to go there anymore.

Ordered green tea with grapefruit, asking to make it without ice. After that the seller started arguing with me and saying that he can't make it for me without ice, but after two minutes of arguing he finally deigned to make the drink, but made it without grapefruit (just liquid), and he also didn't provide a $1 coupon as is required when ordering under the 2 for $9 promotion. The drinks taste great, but the attitude towards customers is terrible.

20241028 Great downtown spot for a quick drink. My favourite is the jasmine milk tea with red beans. Price is reasonable. The place is clean and functional and the staff are friendly. There is a sign at the entrance that says "washroom not working" but that's more to discourage the non-customers. Located at one of Ottawa's busiest intersections, I really don't blame the business owner for putting up that sign. While I miss the Second Cup that was there before, CoCo is offering a different type of beverage that suits me just fine.

I was very much looking forward to two of the mango pomelo sagos today. Went after work, waited in line for fifteen minutes only to get to the counter and have the guy say « oh wait let me check if I have enough sago, ya I don’t have enough » I then said okay can we do it someway else and he said sure but you’re going to have to pay full price. I’m still very confused about this, he could have made it with regular bobas or been accommodating in any way and instead he provided a terrible customer service experience.

This is my go to bubble tea place in Ottawa (if I'm ever in the area lol). Have been going here since I was in high school and the drinks have never disappointed me. My go to then and my go to now is the Taro Slush | 100% sugar | Coconut Jelly + Tapioca Pearls or Strawberry Latte | 100% Sugar | Less Ice. The occasion promotional drinks are decent, nothing surprising. Since they first opened they have added a couple shelves in the store selling little items and accessories such as plushies, pens, little figures, notebooks etc.
