Cancelled my mobile order because they didn't have an ingredient. However, did not tell me until I went up and asked about my order. Would be a good idea to tell people who are waiting for mobile order pickup instead of just watching us stand there and waiting.

Very friendly staff. Drinks were great! They made a mistake on one of the drinks and promptly fixed it. Seats and design inside also makes for a great space.

Mango slush was ok. Service was fine.
It was a bit busy as only 1 employee was preparing orders for customers, which created some delays. Don’t be in a rush if you stop there.
Recommended for classic bubble teas.

Ordered Mango chunky slush- 30% sugar, it was rich in flavour but even after opting for lowest sugar option, I felt it was so sweet. Might order 0% going forward.
Can’t add pearls to a drink, why not? Can’t order a side of a topping either, why?

Went a few months ago in the evening. I paid for tapioca and it was forgotten. After I received my drink I mentioned I didn’t receive it, and so I watched as he used his hand to scoop away some of the drink (it was a slush) to add space to put the tapioca on top. Uhhh wtf
