After ordering three milk teas, it was clear to see that there wasn't enough milk tea to make three cups. Instead of making more milk tea, the guy decided to add extra ice to make up for it, which greatly diluted the flavor of the milk tea's.

Order was taken very quickly. The March special (large lemon green tea for $3.80) was such a steal. I also added coconut jelly which was made to perfection. Staff was very cheerful and greeted every customer. Very pleasant experience.

Kept waiting to order but no one came out of the back to take our order. Guy behind me ended up leaving and we were also getting impatient so we left without being able to order anything? (this was during the afternoon and the store was completely empty)

Very bad experience with this place. Me and my girlfriend went the other day and got a brown sugar matcha latte and she loved it. Today we went back and ordered the same thing but instead she got a brown sugar latte with no matcha. She told the worker the issue and asked if she could remake it. She "remade" it and gave my girlfriend back an opaque cup as opposed to the clear cup we normally get, as if she didn't want my girlfriend to be able to see what was in the cup for some reason. My girlfriend then tasted the drink and it still was not the right drink, instead appearing to be a plain matcha milk tea with plain pearls. She asked the same worker if she got the wrong drink again but this time the worker had a rude attitude and insisted that she had the right drink. My gf said this doesn't taste like what she had last time and the worker said "well I don't know what you had last time". Instead of offering to try and make the drink again or to offer a different drink or to maybe consult another worker, she just argued with us. My gf didn't want to argue so she dropped it but was very sad and unsatisfied with the drink she paid for. It's almost as if the worker separated the two parts of the drink (the brown sugar and the matcha) and put them into two different cups then insisted that she had made the right drink. Will not be going back to coco here.

The best place in the city, I always go there for the fresh juice.
I googled bubble tea and this is the location I found. But when I went in, lady at the serving desk told me they don’t sell bubble teas. On the menu I could see milk teas and other items but the lady said they don’t have bubble tea.Anyway I ended up ordering strawberry latte , it was good but it had bigger chunks of strawberry.

This is a coco. In the toronto boba tea universe they are mid to low grade. I tend to agree with that. Their big selling point is that their drink sizes are bigger than the others. Nothing about this venue stands out really. They are fast at getting your order out though.

My friend tipped me off about the Canada Day drink, which featured a carnival of toppings. It had tapioca pearls, pudding, grass jelly, coconut jelly, and red bean. When she told me about this special, I had the following day to take advantage of this offer before it disappeared. After a great day shopping, I capped it off by getting a drink from this CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice. Driving over to this location made me cut through a part of Ottawa that I used to spend a lot of time walking around. I used to stay at a hotel at 140 Slater Street and it's still a hotel! I reckon that walking from there to this CoCo would take ten minutes.I parked on Bank Street. It was free parking by the time that I got there after 6 pm, so I was thrilled. If you're there during the daytime, you'll have to pay, which is the only downside to visiting this location.This CoCo is on the northwest corner of Bank Street and Somerset Street West. It looks like a tiny store, but it isn't. It's deep when you walk in.I had the nicest woman help me out. I asked if the Canada Day drink was still available. It was. I got it with less ice. The sugar level was fixed.I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. It didn't take long for my drink to be ready. I thanked her and happily headed back to my car.The Canada Day drink is the Three Guys Milk Tea, but two other guys in the form of toppings decided to join in on the fun. I will say that you you love toppings in your bubble tea, this one is for you.One word: hefty!My large cup was a third full of toppings. I thoroughly enjoyed this bubble tea on my birthday. You didn't know what toppings you were going to suck up and enjoy with each sip. The milk tea was a perfect balance of strong tea with the perfect milky consistency that you'd expect from CoCo.The fixed sugar wasn't horrible. I'm guessing that it was at 25%, which I was fine with for someone who generally cuts out the sugar.Frankly, I was stuffed eating dinner and having this Canada Day drink with a built-in meal. I loved it all!I liked visiting this store. I hope to do it again when I'm back. It was great dropping by after rush hour and parking for free as if I was getting away with murder.(281)
