Tried this place out for the first time today. Loved the peach slush and honeydew smoothies, toddler approved deliciousness.

Coco Fresh Tea & Juice has a great selection of drinks, and the flavours are always refreshing. Some drinks could use a little more customization, but overall, it’s a solid spot for bubble tea lovers.

I got a strawberry banana smoothie with tiny coconut pieces. It was sooo delicious 😋

This bubble tea place is hidden inside, not on the street side, so it was hard to find. When we went, there was only one person serving us, but she was helpful and patient with everyone.

Coco is one of my go-to places for bubble tea because they offer different promotions every month. We tried the mango milk tea, which was on promotion, but surprisingly, my favourite was the honeydew smoothie. I also loved the pink blossoms.

Overall, it’s a decent bubble tea place, and I recommend giving them a try!

Loved their service, and of course their Their drinks are always amazing! Definitely go there if you want big, cheap drinks, especially bubble tea! I'd recommend Bubble Gaga or the new Pink Blossom if you want something fruity and springy, and the 3 Guys if you like regular milk tea but with extra toppings.

This location has hands down the rudest, most miserly staff I’ve ever come across. I stopped by yesterday morning to grab bubble tea for a friend and myself, and when I asked for two waters to go with our drinks, I was told I could only have one? Seriously? Why is it so hard to offer a PAYING customer a simple thing like water? It’s mind-boggling that your staff would deny this basic courtesy. Because of this, we will NEVER be coming back to Coco again. The owner, Chen, should seriously consider training his staff to be more customer-friendly and less petty.

Thankfully, there are plenty of other bubble tea spots around Durham College that actually know how to treat customers with respect and don’t make a fuss over something as simple as giving water. So, I’m left wondering...can someone please clarify if this “no water” nonsense is a company-wide policy, or just some petty rule Chen has decided to enforce?

To make matters even worse, on a previous visit, I was served by a different worker who was alone behind the counter and had the worst attitude. She was visibly frustrated and didn’t even try to hide it...she definitely didn’t want to be there. After a quick search in the reviews here, I found someone else had posted about her months ago, complaining about the same terrible service. So, it’s clear this isn’t just a one-off. Nothing’s changed, and it’s obvious the owner and staff doesn’t care about giving customers a decent experience. Adios, Coco. I’m done.
