CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

I asked specifically for 50% less sugar and no milk, and the staff confirmed that’s how the drink would be made. But what I received was very sweet and clearly made with milk. When I asked about it, I was told it was “naturally sweet” and made with “creamy powder” - which is still dairy or dairy-like, and definitely not what I requested.

If something can’t be made to order, just be upfront about it instead of dismissing the request. Some of us ask for these modifications for health or dietary reasons. Very disappointing experience.

I love this store, they always have the best service and best drinks I got there almost everyday. The staff are all amazing especially Ethan and Bryannah they are the sweetest everytime im there they are so kind and they always make my drink fast because they know I work in the plaza and I’m on break so they make it very fast they memorized my order too. Recommend it to anyone looking for a nice fresh drink.

If I could give zero start I would. I ordered from this store from uber eats, waited so long just to get my order wrong. I called them and they confirmed that my order on the app is correct but they gave out the wrong order. What funny is they even ask me to pick up the correct orders if I really want it, like can't you see that I used uber eats app because I can't pick it up myself? why would I even bother ordering in an app if I can pick it up myself, right? NOT ORDERING IN THIS STORE AGAIN, what an awful experience!

Yesterday I just ordered 9 cups of milk tea, due to some problems I changed the order and canceled to reorder. Just 1 minute ago the store agreed to let me cancel but the next day still no refund. So disappointing. Now I lost money and no milk tea... customer service is so bad

I came to pick up the order today, a girl was working at the cash register, she was busy on the phone, she was interested in the customer, this is limiting
