The cashier refused to remove toppings from my drink and states its already fixed??? Which is weird because they’re able to do it from last time. Cashier was very rude as well

I recently visited Coco, and while the drinks are usually great, my experience today left me a bit frustrated. I ordered two drinks and came back later for two more. When I asked for no Boba, the cashier told me that wasn't possible because it was part of the special, which was confusing since I had been able to customize my drink this way just last week. After a bit of back-and-forth, she agreed to add less Boba.

When I got the drinks, I was surprised to find there was actually more Boba than usual, which seemed like a strange workaround to the issue. It felt like a small thing that was blown out of proportion, and it definitely made the experience less enjoyable. Coco has potential, but this little hiccup in service was a letdown.

🫥🫥I want to say why the amount of fresh taro added every time is different! ! I even bought it for two days. On the first day, they barely gave me fresh taro. Let’s be honest, I paid for it. Can you give me the amount to pay (the important point is that I thought you didn’t put it for me, but it turned out that my friend only had a little bit, even if he got the taro in the first sip). Is it really easy for me to come so far to buy a drink? I’m so angry. I don’t even want to give it to you! ! Please add the ingredients in the same amount so that the experience won’t be so bad😑😑. (The email was sent and it was reported to your employees on site! This is also the last time I will talk about this matter)

I ordered four cups of milk tea, none of which were special offers. For two of them, I specifically requested to replace the tapioca pearls with coconut jelly. However, the replacement was not made, and I was not contacted about this issue beforehand. After receiving my order, I called the store, and the staff was dismissive. At first, they claimed that the items couldn't be modified because they were special offer products. When I pointed out that my order wasn't part of any promotion , they admitted it was their mistake.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this store. In my previous order, they also made mistakes and didn’t offer any solutions. It’s very disappointing to experience such poor service repeatedly.

This is not the first time this has happened. They also made a mistake with the last order, but there was no solution at all. This service experience twice in a row is really disappointing!

The staff here are extremely rude and need retraining. Customer service is non-existent. I went there on Jan 4, 2025 at around noon. We ordered 4 drinks, and the lady did not bother giving us a tray or anything. When we asked for a tray, she very reluctant and had a bad attitude. When we asked for a bag, she said it was extra, which was fine. We gave her a quarter and she just gave us the bag. Didn't even offer to put it in the bag for us. I have never been to a Coco location that had such terrible attitude from employees. I would not give this location business again - there are bubble tea shops everywhere. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, since they clearly do not value your business.

Does Latte means COLD MILK????

I just had the worst experience with Coco Fresh Tea & Juice at 3300 Midland Avenue. I ordered a Brown Sugar Pearl Latte through DoorDash, but what I received was COLD MILK WITH SOME TAPIOCA which didn’t have any brown sugar

There was no effort made to prepare the drink properly, and it was a total waste of money. I won’t be ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others this was a huge letdown.

Buy drink on Thursday around 2pm. The lady took the order didn’t get nice customer service. She got attitude when your order got some questioned. Never come to this location again.

Ordered the mango yakult with tapioca and there was barely any tapioca inside. I ordered the same drink downtown so I could tell the difference.

Very disappointing experience. The staff showed ZERO RESPECT for both customers and a delivery driver. Their attitude was extremely RUDE and unprofessional.
On November 23rd, between 2:00 to 2:30 AM, I witnessed firsthand how lazy and DISRESPECTFUL the staff were. They yelled and even verbally abused a delivery driver. I will never come back to this place.

Second time this happened to me.

10:14 pm on a Monday. Whoever the 2 girls were working at this time were probably super tired and super cranky. I asked for 30% sugar (because it says you can order 30% sugar) and they told me it was only 50% or 0% they don’t offer 30%.

Coco please remove the 30% sugar option since your workers have stated that they cannot do 30% and IT HAS TO BE 50% or 0%.
