No customer service for your parents birthday that’s terrible

I had a really disappointing experience here. I placed my order and waited patiently by the counter, but no one called it out. The staff saw me standing there and still proceeded to serve seven other people who ordered after me. No acknowledgment, just ignored.

Usually great service from this team - didn’t see them at their best today.

The employees here are really nice and kind :D. Sometimes they don't have drinks or ingredients due to shipment not coming in but employees here kindly apologize and offer a different drink and are also very friendly and welcoming!

I am inquiring about mango chunks since July 2nd, they are never having it

I ordered a lychee probiotic drink, and it doesn’t taste like Yakult as much as the one I tried at another store. It tastes more like tap water with lychee syrup. It barely tastes like yakult. So disappointed

With my granddaughter there, got a special kids bubble tea drink(no caffeine content) for her, we enjoyed the tea time together,,😊

The staff here is amazing and this Coco is consistently the best tasting location in the GTA (I have been to many other locations including downtown and Eglinton). I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. Sure it can get busy but Kumar and Darren are amazingly fast and the popularity is only a testament of the quality of their drinks

Agree with most of the other reviews here, the staff is the problem.

This place is pretty consistent and most of the staff are nice.

I dock a star because everything I'm there they play inappropriate music and there's lots of kids that come in.

Advertising 2 for $9 special on selected drinks, great promotion! Wanted to get 3 guys option, BUT - I see that they had a handwritten note saying there's no grass jelly, okay, understandable.

So, I ask can I just get it with no grass jelly and EVEN LESS tapioca. (Keep in mind, I'm not asking for more toppings or a change in toppings, I'm asking for EVEN LESS tapioca)

But one of the guys said they can't do that.

I've done it before at this location multiple times with no issues. Not asking for anymore toppings than what is given. So this was a surprise for me and a turn off to buy something.

It's like a burger place offering a special on a lettuce, tomato, and bacon burger - but then not giving you the special because you say you don't want the bacon on it. Does that make sense? No it doesn't.

Don't understand why they couldn't honor a simple subtraction of toppings that benefits in their favour.

I'll take an extra detour to another location for some common sense.

Staff not friendly and helpful.

I asked for a hot match a with tapioca and they never gave me the tapioca. I only got a plaint tea. I don't recommend this location, will never go back
