This place is pretty consistent and most of the staff are nice.

I dock a star because everything I'm there they play inappropriate music and there's lots of kids that come in.

Advertising 2 for $9 special on selected drinks, great promotion! Wanted to get 3 guys option, BUT - I see that they had a handwritten note saying there's no grass jelly, okay, understandable.

So, I ask can I just get it with no grass jelly and EVEN LESS tapioca. (Keep in mind, I'm not asking for more toppings or a change in toppings, I'm asking for EVEN LESS tapioca)

But one of the guys said they can't do that.

I've done it before at this location multiple times with no issues. Not asking for anymore toppings than what is given. So this was a surprise for me and a turn off to buy something.

It's like a burger place offering a special on a lettuce, tomato, and bacon burger - but then not giving you the special because you say you don't want the bacon on it. Does that make sense? No it doesn't.

Don't understand why they couldn't honor a simple subtraction of toppings that benefits in their favour.

I'll take an extra detour to another location for some common sense.

Staff not friendly and helpful.

I asked for a hot match a with tapioca and they never gave me the tapioca. I only got a plaint tea. I don't recommend this location, will never go back

I wouldn’t recommend their coconut milk tea, tastes disgusting and bland as if they just put water and milk, no other flavour. Other bubble tea places make better.

Fast and friendly service. The cashier was very patient and helpful when we were indecisive with ordering. The drinks had a good amount of toppings and was delicious

Been going to this coco since quarantine. Staff has always been so polite even though I might not enter the store. They make the orders right 99% of the time. They always have monthly deals, and its a great way to try out other menu items. Would recommend bringing your friends here if they've never tried bubble tea.

Left the supermarket loaded with groceries, only to find myself shelling out $18.00, including tips, for just two cups of beverage to go. And then, to add insult to injury, I requested a bag, assuming it would be complimentary as they always were, only to be informed that bags now come at a cost. The store staff watched me went away with tons groceries and two cups of drinks that can fall anytime. Miserable. Will never visit. And yeh, dont leave a reply like "thanks for your review, will forward to management" unless you wish to provide a refund and fix my feeling.

I ordered a large strawberry latte with crystal boba. After leaving the store, I realized that the server forgot to give me crystal boba (I wasn't charged for it) so I came back and she added the boba to my drink for free. Great customer service. The drink tasted good and it was made with real fresh strawberries. The store is clean and there are lots of seating available.

Amazing, friendly and had an great experience! All their drinks are fantastic. The staff is friendly and they really know how to work fast. The environment is soooooooooooooo soooooooooooooo amazing and I just love coco. ?
