Got order wrong and won’t remake drink
I usually always go to this location because it’s the closest to me , today I went and got 2 Oder of the 3 guy and I ask the front lady to switch one of the drink orders instead of tapioca I wanted more grass jelly , because I remember last time when I went there they didn’t have anymore tapioca , they gave me more grass jelly instead and she refused to do that . So it’s ok when you guys don’t have something I have to agree to switch the ingredients but it’s not ok when I want to so unfair . Anyways the reason I asked them to do that was because I know their Tapioca is usually so hard durning the evening . When I drank it the tapioca was very hard this was the reason why i wanted more grass jelly instead of the tapioca. I’m not even over exaggerating but their tapioca is always so not fresh durning the evening . Very upset about this. Hopefully they will stop serving uncooked, hard, not fresh tapioca in the future.

I accidentally left a personal belonging there that on that day and the employees I talked to on the phone were very sweet. They ensured that they would keep it until I was able to pick it up a couple of days later.
Employees on the day I went were also very nice and patient while I was ordering 👍

Extremely rude and unprofessional service. Wild to me that these people still have a job after numerous comments here describing the exact same scenario.
Very rude service, unbelievable
She was fighting with her coworker in front of us without greeting us or anything. We tried to ask her some questions about the drink, she barely answered and kept fighting him while we are placing our order. At the end, she said drinks are ready , and she continued fighting him, we couldn’t even say thank you.
The drink is really good but because of this disrespectful behaviour, I will not give a good rating.
Dora made good bubble tea for us. Love it!
