Great environment, but there are not enough seats for the amount of space that is there. Bubble tea is good too.

Amanda was super friendly and provided amazing service! She made great recommendations, and the honeydew jasmine milk tea was light, refreshing, and not too sweet. Highly recommend trying it. The overall experience was lovely, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Such nice staff and people, especially Gary and Shirley they were both so nice and welcoming as well as very patient and passionate about making the best drinks!

Got a drink yesterday. It’s a good deal for bubble tea lover like me. The staff are so friendly and fast, seems like they have improved a lot recently. That’s how a developed business should have. Definitely will come back.

Not very communicative crew today. Did not even bother to explain if the March special applies to both purchases in 1 receipt or just one.. when I asked for my receipt (reprinted because it wasn't even offered to me), it turned out that only 1 drink had the promo when I bought 2 from the flyer, so idk what's so hard to explain before charging everything. 🤷‍♀️

The workers here are so rude. They ask for your order with an attitude and you can tell by their faces they don’t want to be there. They also just leave the drinks at the counter without saying anything, not the drink’s name or even at least letting you know it’s your order.

It seems like this is an everyday occurrence even if it’s a different staff working. I would give 0 stars if I would. A lot of people here leave a review about their rudeness and attitude but it seems like the management here does not care.

This bubble tea place is always empty. It seems like no one would even want to study there or stay there because of the workers vibe.

They don’t have anything! Always! You should close if you finish early 😬 we come for having what we want to having what you left!

The beverage tastes consistent with the other location, as well as the price. However, the staff require more training in customer service, as some staff members are not friendly at all.

My family member got a regular size black ice tea with tapioca for me for a take out. When I had it just now, there's barely no tapioca - I didn't count exactly but there are far less than 10 for sure. There are tons of bubble tea places in the area so I will switch to other places going foward.

I came back to this location and the lady that served me didn't say hi and was not friendly

I come to this location like 3-4 times a week (yes, I love Coco) and they're pretty consistent in getting my order right at this location hence I keep coming back however I am not surprised to see so many terrible reviews on customer service. Their staff make zero effort; not even a hello or smile
