*this is for an order from UberEats* I ordered taro milk tea since they were having a BOGO sale! It came out to $12 after tax and tip. I usually buy from this store as they have a lot of delivery promotions. Usually their drinks are quite good. I found that the taro milk tea I ordered this time wasn't that great, it didn't have a strong taro flavour. Their milk tea and other drinks I have had however are very good. I recommend the regular milk tea and the matcha milk tea.

I ordered two cups of milk tea on my mobile phone today. When I took it away, I asked if I could have a bag. A fat waiter with glasses said there was a charge for the bags. I said that if I ordered from the mobile app before, I would be given a bag. Why didn't you give it to me this time? He directly criticized me: "Who gave you the bag last time? Who do you want to go to?" ? ? ? I offended someone. I went to buy milk tea and was yelled at... I have never seen a waiter with such a bad temper and attitude. What a terrible Coco that can gather so many weirdos in a milk tea shop. The waiter's face looked as ugly as if he had eaten sh…, and he ignored the customers. The same goes for people who make milk tea. If you order two cups of the same milk tea, you can make two flavors. The lid is not tight, and everything will spill out when you shake it. It's bad!What a terrible Coco. There are so many weirdos gathered in a milk tea shop. The owner is also very good at judging people. The ordering waiter's face looked as ugly as if he had eaten a reply, and he talked indifferently. The same goes for making milk tea. If you order two cups of the same milk tea, you can get two flavors?. The lid is not tightly sealed, and everything will spill out when you shake it. It’s really hard to stretch!

This is one of the worst Coco's to exist. Having robot employees replace the current staff would lead to a better experience. The girl cashiers have the worst attitudes and seem like they're personally offended you exist in their vicinity ? Why so much hate in ur hearts girly pops?? One was screeching my friend's order number when we were the only people in the store. Like we're standing in front of you, allow us at least 2 seconds to react. Anyways hire better staff Coco.

This is the worst Coco location!! I ordered the coco Pearl Milk Tea 70% sugar and I ask the cashier to add more tapioca and she said it comes with tapioca already!! (in a rude voice!!) I got soo mad with her tune of voice and I told her I know I want to add more and pay the additional for it! it's my first time to encounter this type of cashier ever! she is very rude!
Bought our drinks here, place was clean and service is great! We went here around 2ish in the afternoon, not too busy.Highly recommend if you like matcha, get the brown sugar pearl

This is probably the worst CoCo I've been to based on service. I came around noon on a Wednesday and the girl (big round glasses barely on her face) who took my order looked like she hated being there. For one of the drinks I had asked for roasted milk tea and I see her enter just milk tea, so I assume she didn't hear me and pointed it out nicely and she said they are out of roasted milk tea ? isn't it basic service to tell a customer if they are out of something so they can decide on another menu item? They ending up taking 15 mins to make my 2 drinks, because they had run out of milk tea in a pitcher so I watched them mix. After all that waiting, the milk teas were sweeter than what I had asked for as well and barely any grass jelly topping.

Ordered these 3 drinks tonight and they sucked. The pearls, both normal and brown sugar one were so hard, i paid more to get the brown sugar pearl but it tasted exactly the same as normal pearl, felt like being scammed. The strawberry black tea macchiato didnt have any macchiato on top, or they just put little to nothing. Worst coco experience ever.
