I decided to treat myself to a small black iced Americano. On the menu, a small iced coffee is listed at $3.99, a small Americano at $3.79. My total? $6.20. No explanation, no posted price, no “just so you know.”

To make it worse, the service matched the price—indifferent at best. The blonde at the counter gave me the classic Gen Z “why are you talking to me” stare. No smile, no courtesy, just a transaction.

The coffee itself was fine, but nothing that justifies that kind of upsell without warning. If you’re going to charge that much for iced tap water with a few shots, be transparent. Otherwise, you’re just banking on people not noticing until the receipt prints.

Don’t order any food here, this cheesecake (raspberry Greek yogurt) tasted like it was sitting in the fridge uncovered for a week. It was stale, dry and tasted so bad

Coffee Culture Cafe & Eatery is a perfect spot for both work and relaxation! The coffee is rich and flavourful. The staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The cafe has plenty of seating options, including spacious booth seats and single booths for privacy—ideal for working or studying. This is the cleanest coffee cafe I have ever been in. The food was amazing, the tea was yummy and staff were friendly and went out of their way to help our group of eight.
We have found our new favourite place.

Really great location. Although the entrance is slightly awkward for a first timer, but the ambience and food more than make up! This is 5 stars all the way!!
