Amazing tasty food, we came on a day where it was a new menu printed so the server got our food mixed up but was so fast quick to fix it and we got a free app because of it! So yummy the red sangria is delish! highly recommend the chicken souvlaki, grilled octopus and the haloumi fries!!

Colossus carries a lot of memories for me, I've been coming here since I was a kid and lived near Port Credit. Now I've come back as an adult while visiting family.The service was quick, unobtrusive and kind, the waitress always smiling and making good recommendations.The food was as stunning as I remember it and I likely ate way too much as a result of it. I had feta and Spinach spanikopita to start, and a lunch special the souvlaki bowl for my main course. I decided to have some baklava for desert which was served with pistachio ice cream and some berry sauce. It was all great and just reaffirms the memories I have of eating here as a child even if the people and perhaps the decor has changed.
I have been to this restaurant many years ago dining in and had a good experience. This time ordered the Colossus Family Special (Large) with an extra pork stick as take out and the experience was vastly different. The family special was any but enough for my family of 5. The salad was a disappointment largely full of lettuce, the rice and potatoes that accompanied as side were barely enough they came in small boxes not sure how they decided this enough for a family of four if that more like enough for 2-3. The food quality was ok not flavourful enough the portion of chicken a pork were decent but lacked flavor. The rice and potatoes were small portions for a family and lacked flavor they were bland.Overall a disappointing experience way to celebrate a birthday. Seems like food inflation has impacted the quality not the place I remembered sadly.
