I am frustrated that this place has had ongoing issues with their debit and credit card tap machine for years. They always claim the system is down, but it happens so often that I suspect they are trying to avoid paying taxes by only accepting cash. This is both tricky and inconvenient, especially when everyone needs to pay their fair share. IF THEY WANT TO A CASH BUSINESS, MAYBE THEY SHOULD MOVE INTO A HOTDOG STAND

This place just made my weekend. Beef Empanadas were so good. Good service, great atmosphere, everyone was really friendly and helpful.
Went back for coffee and dessert. Chirro was wonderful, had to buy another.

At least once a week, their debit/credit machine goes out of service, which makes you wonder, is this a tactic to only collect cash and avoid paying taxes, maybe CRA should check into it.

Hit or miss. Very inconsistent. Been here multiple times and every time something is broken today was the espresso machine last week was the credit card machine. And bread is not always fresh. When it is fresh they have an excellent product but it's hard to time when they will have fresh bread as we try to go in the morning today and nothing was fresh
So happy to have found this place. I can't tell you how long I've been searching for someone to sell empanadas that a) taste amazing and b) are not ridiculously overpriced. Here they cost $2 a piece which is the most reasonable I've ever seen. And they're delicious!! Have also tried other items on the menu and everything is great. I also can't believe the tres leches cake is under $5 when places downtown are always $10. I respect businesses that just want to serve people good food and not be greedy with prices. I've come here multiple times now, always clean, fast service and great Latino music playing while you eat. Highly recommend!
