We have been coming to this restaurant since it was open, lately we have noticed the food quality and quantity have gotten worse over the years. This bbq tray used to be $45, went up to $50, and now $55. The price keeps going up, but the quantity keeps getting less and less every time we order. The bbq duck portion was all bone. I understand the price goes up due to inflation, but at least keep the quantity the same.

The congee is nice yet the deep fried squid is not so great. The squid was not fresh so we left all the dish. However, the host did not charge us for the squid.

We’ve been eating at the Congee Queen Dundas location for a long time now. We dined in recently and I feel that the quality of the food and service has declined.
Even though it was busy, they were still able to accommodate us. We didn’t wait too long for the food to come and we enjoyed some of the menu items but some were a miss.
As for the service, although we understand it was busy, it was hard to get the attention of the waiter(s). We were barely attended to, and some were a little rude.

First time trying in this location . Ambiance is nice, food is good, service is just ok. We ordered everything at once, they served us water and plates once we sat down. But need to improve in taking orders, food was serve one by one. We have to ask for update, most of us were hungry but the waiter forgot most of the food we ordered despite giving him a clear listing of the food we would like to eat. Hope they improve next time.

Very spacious, relaxed, and cozy place. We've always enjoyed their other locations, and finally tried this one.
The staff were very courteous, and offered excellent suggestions from their menu. They were even able to accommodate our food restrictions and allergies.
Oddly, we happened to have a table that didn't have a Lazy Susan... But that didn't deter us from having a great time together!
