Amazing food

In terms of appetizers and rolls its really good but soup wise taste like watered down version. Service was fast as soon as you order but there seems to be a lot of confusion of which table gets a particular dish had to tell the manager we got 3-4 items we did not ordered but service was fast a little bit not efficient. Ambiance was great looks fancy inside but temperature wise its hot inside the restaurant.

I had amazing experience this Tuesday for AYCE dinner in this restaurant which near my home. The front desk girl whose name is Tannu always has sweet smile and welcoming greetings. Then I was served mainly by the male server called Tony. Very fast response and nice service, gave me a recommendation for a honey ginger tea after I asking for tea. Then I found this tea was so good. Their food was amazing, many options, and the sashimi was all very fresh. Sooooo gooooodddddddd. With a reasonable price, I think the quality of their food was excellent. From sushi, to Thai dish. Also some DimSum. I love all I ordered, didn’t waste one bite of them!

‼️READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO‼️

EDIT: I’ve been coming to this location for over 3 years and have recommended it to countless friends and family. Sadly, after our most recent visit, none of us will ever return.

Here’s what happened during our visit last week:
• We waited almost 50 minutes for the first round of rolls — something that shouldn’t take long to prepare.
• Average wait time per order placed on the tablet was around 13–20 minutes. When the food did arrive, some dishes were cold. We were starving, and we waited patiently.
• The quality was horrible — the food looked rushed and sloppy. I’ve included before-and-after photos taken just 1.5 months apart. That “50-minute effort” was laughable compared to what they used to serve.
• The worst part: A giant cockroach was ALIVE in our food. It crawled out from our sashimi plate and ran across the table. (We have video proof.)

How they handled it:

• Let’s move you to another table.
• Charged for 2 people instead of 3 — our final bill was $75.

That’s $75 to be starved, disgusted, and possibly exposed to bacteria or parasites. We were in shock. The fact that we were charged at all is absurd. We lost our appetite - we didn’t finish anything more, skipped desert and left.

Never again. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stopped by Spoon and Fork for their all-you-can-eat lunch and had a fantastic experience.
The service was great, and the food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The sushi and sashimi were fresh, and I really appreciated that most items were served in bite-sized portions, it made it easy to sample and enjoy a little bit of everything.

Such a wonderful experience dining here. I love all their food especially the escargot, sashimi and poke bowl! So many choices and everything we tried was good! The service is also beyond expectation.

Opted for ala-carte . Generous portion size and exceptionally good service.

One of our regular go-to spots for Japanese and Thai food. Fantastic service as well, great place for a date.

This is my 2nd time visiting Spoon and Fork on my own individual date.

I am very satisfied with the level of customer service. I met with Christina at the front, and she brought me to my booth. I notified her that my experience the first time was delayed because of busy service. She acknowledged, and my server John came quickly to take my order. I wanted to order sushi that was a bit tricky based on what I could eat. John went above and beyond to make accommodation and worked with the managers to give me the best option.

What I appreciated is that he was open to feedback and did not take it personally. I will definitely come back here with my spouse.
