Wow. Wow. Wow. Absolutely incredible meal. I got the Mediterranean Chicken Bowl with balsamic reduction. It was so good, I ordered a second one. I even asked if there was a way to throw a piece of salmon on top of the next one. They made it happen for a very small fee. I can't wait to pass through YYZ just so I can come back again! Stupendous experience 👌

Such a great place. I have celiac disease and was having a hard time finding a place to eat and they were amazing and checked on me and did amazing! Wasif was the most amazing server! Great service and great amount of consideration and educated.

Super convenient, there wasn't many other good options in that section. I needed a warm meal and at least you can see the staff actually making the food,. I got Baked penne bolognese and it was pretty tasty with a big portion.

For airport cuisine this exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical of the Italian claim to their food. The pizza was made right in front of me. The crust was perfect. The tomatoes were fresh. And the chicken was seasoned well. Would avoid the olives, and I would tweak their Mojito recipe (mint to lime ratio was off).
Service was quick but the QR ordering was strange

It's an airport food joint.... It does do a great job at the food... Prices were not terrible.

QR code system to order is flaky and you have to be on Airport wifi. Other people also had similar issues trying to place an order. Finally ordered and paid first with 18% default tip. Then waited over 15 min for a simple order of a glass of wine while 4-5 staff milled around. Asked about my order and still got slow and inattentive service.
I do not recommend.

Just get the cans or bottled beverages, so much dust and dirt all over everything. Was going to order a cocktail until I seen the bar knife chained to the cooler door, how do ya wash that? Conveniently placed next to my gate but can't believe people were ordering food from here. A little dust, no problem but enough to cover the the TV screens? Wow.

Manager was very rude.
Asked if I could have my dog sit my chair at the bar. Told me he couldn't be there and had to be in his dog carrier. Dogs are only allowed to be in there carrier for 8 hours maximum and I were to put him in the carrier he would be exceeding that. He was very rude and manipulating and tried to tell me my dog wasn't aloud to walk around the airport at all and that they made an announcement swaying that. Over all horrible service and wouldn't support the business. Managers are disrespectful and not considerate to customers concerns and shuts customers down without letting them speak or explain.

The Creamy Shrimp Spaghetti was completely undercooked, every shrimp was only half-cooked, so I couldn’t give it to my baby. When we asked the staff to have the kitchen cook it properly, he sighed as if we were inconveniencing the restaurant.

The whole experience ruined our appetite, I did not feel to eat the dish anymore. Unfortunately, the service and food quality here just aren’t worth trying.👎

Self service place. Order via QR code and pay at order time. Food arrives and you enjoy. Tip and all included in bill so no waiting and no way to chose your tip rate is 18% or nothing. The pizza was good but that calamari was very tough. Nice taste but tough. Over all we sat at the window in the sun while we waited for our flight

We have been to this restaurant 5 times. It never let's us down. Food is excellent, staff are helpful and friendly. When ever we travel we hope to go out of terminal 3 to visit this restaurant.

My husband and I just returned from connecting to and from Pearson..we had a late breakfast upon our departure from this restaurant and it was delicious!
Upon coming back to Toronto...in a layover..we had a late lunch..which was just as good ...
Highly recommend it!
Our only small thing, is the music could be turned down a bit, as we found that quite loud. Other than that, next time thru Toronto we will be going back for another meal 😋
