Ignored at bar - no option other than to order on phone . Staff unhelpful and just kept pointing to the QR code .
The staff is really good but the POS is terrible. I'm traveling with 2 kids and it was next to impossible to load the POS, then the system keeps crashing. Just let the servers serve, this doesn't make any sense.
I would give this place a zero if there was an option. I ordered my food, and since I didn’t tip due to insufficient amount in my account, the server’s face quickly changed along with his attitude towards me. Food took 35 minutes, I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and a pepperoni pizza along with a tiramisu cake, food came within 20 minutes but that extra 15 minutes I waited for a tiramisu cake slice which they just had to put in a box and hand it to me. When I asked the chef responded with we are busy. Which was a lie by the way because I was watching them the whole time. Would never recommend this place anyone.
Best mushroom ravioli I have every had! Simply beautiful. Very pleasant and polite staff. My partner had a veggie pizza which she said was excellent. Highly recommend you stop for a bite and drink.
I ordered the Spaghetti with Meatballs and was really disappointed. The menu made no mention that the meatballs were spicy — not a word about heat or spice anywhere. I have a sensitivity to spicy food, and if I had known, I would’ve never ordered it.
After I started eating and felt unwell, I told the staff. One of the servers just casually said, “Yeah, they’re spicy,” with no apology or care. I explained that I wouldn’t have ordered it if I had known, and they didn’t seem to care at all.
I had a flight coming up and was hoping to eat something light and feel okay — instead, I ended up feeling sick and uncomfortable. I was hungry so I ate the noodles, but couldn’t eat the meatballs at all. Even the drink I ordered went to waste.
I paid around $52, and for what? Food that wasn’t properly described, poor service, and a ruined pre-flight meal.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. They don’t take customer concerns seriously, and there’s no transparency on the menu.
My waitress was professional, another waitress was unprofessional. i overheard her gossiping to her colleague about my order on how many eggs i was eating 👎👎. The eggs were terrible 👎👎 over cooked not fluffy not seasoned. Don’t waste your money here 👎👎.
The service was exceptional I had a meat topping pizza with a glass of red wine and it was delicious. The payment method was a bit complicated but overall it’s really good. Nico the waiter was really helpful and friendly.

Ordered a drink and app waited for 45 minutes for just the app that never was made.and the QR only menu seems to be a common concern for other travellers if you have a server there taking orders they would probably notice someone doesn’t have food they ordered.
seems like there’s a lot of staff in a very small venue to make this kind of error. The server did offer something from the cold bar for their error.

Pathetic management, rude staff and definitely not going back. At counter the staff said “please place order here we will deliver to table” later they gave food in take away box despite mentioning it’s for dine in. When asked to get it plated they didn’t like the request. Also there were pieces of spaghetti inside penne pasta when we clearly didn’t order spaghetti at all ( we ordered 1 pizza and 1 pasta). Definitely not going back.

It's an airport restaurant and reviews were quite average (3.2) so my expectations were limited. Had chicken parmigiana and found the food to be Ok/good. Payment was processed through portal when ordering (= you need to tip before knowing food & service quality). Only negative point: $27 for the dish is overpriced, glad there was no HST on that day..

My plan was to have lunch at Corso. They have all kinds of staff standing around, tried to order but they only accept orders via using their barcode order process.
Started the process and only to find out they hold your information including credit card, if you pay an additional $3 they secure your credit card info.
Left and went Caplansky’s. Real person took my order and real person processed my payment.
