Cosimo's Cheese and Deli

Tried Cosimo’s Deli in Mississauga and told them to make the sandwich how they like it & they did not miss.

Super classic Italian deli style. The bread was perfect, slightly crusty but soft inside, and held everything together without getting soggy. The cold cuts were fresh and thick cut, layered really nicely with provolone on top with THICK tomato slices. Nothing overloaded, just really balanced and done right.

You can tell this is one of those old-school spots that focuses on quality over hype. Portions are solid too.

Easily the BEST deli sandwiches I’ve had in the area. Would 100% go bacK!!!

Visited Cosimo’s Cheese and Deli and honestly, the sandwiches are among the best in Mississauga.
Authentic Italian flavors, fresh ingredients, and generously loaded portions make every bite amazing. Lady gave me meat ball as a compliment. Thanks for hospitality.

What an experience. I stopped in while in the area for work. I was greeted by the most lovely lady ever, turns out she runs the spot. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich, it was nearly as big as my head 😍.

While she was making it, we were chatting about life, work, hobbies, etc it all felt like I was back at my friends grandparents house as a kid & they were getting to know me. Amazing feeling.

She served me a meatball to try, I could tell she was very proud of them. Easily the most delicious meatball I’ve ever tasted. Truly mouthwatering.

Once I received my sandwich, I noticed it was cash only, not having cash, we made a deal that i can take this one to go, so long as I come back for a meatball sandwich next week. Promises are promises & I’m a man of my word. I’ll be back next week ❤️

Pulled up from the ends just for the veal sandwich and yeah… it’s a wrap. Mans is never going anywhere else. Proper homemade, real ting, worth the drive every time.

Not only is the food delicious but so are the people. Cosimo treated my fiancé and I like family. After hearing we came from Guelph he wouldn’t let us leave without sitting down and having a plate of pasta and an espresso.

Truly a memorable experience and food.

Stopped for lunch and was welcomed by one of the most down to earth couples I’ve ever met. The moment I walked in, it felt like home and the service was truly 10/10. The veal sandwich was outstanding - perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I’d recommend this place to everyone and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
