I wanted to love this place but sadly, the service I received here was not kind. They were rude after they found out we do not speak Arabic. Very dismissive, did not smile, and everything we asked they didn’t have in stock, which may happen but then they did not assist to suggest other items. Then after poor service were asked to leave them 5 star review. Why should we?
You need to work on your service and do not discriminate if you want to run a business with customers from a diverse background, in a diverse city.

Their sweets are amazing. I love their Baklawa. It is so yummy and mouth watering.
The place is nice, the products are very well displayed, however they are not always fresh, I faced that situation in knafe dessert which wasn’t fresh and microwave heated, however the lady told me it’s fresh! 👎
