I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. They treat their workers with zero human decency and their food is stale and bland. They rob their employees of their human rights and treat them with nothing but disrespect. If you step foot into the crown pastries just know you support taking away employees rights.

I had a terrible experience at Crown Pastries. The customer service was extremely poor – the staff were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was bothering them just by placing an order. They didn’t answer my questions properly and acted like they didn’t care at all about their customers. Honestly, I expected much better, especially from a place that calls itself a bakery. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone who values good service.

Visited Crown Pastries for the first time, and I was blown away!!! Such a huge variety of desserts, and such kind staff! Every item we ordered was made with care and tasted delicious, from the tea, to the mojito, to the baklava, to the cake and cookie that we tried, literally everything! To top it all off, the interior of the bakery is stunning, and their packaging boxes and cups for tea are so gorgeous! Thank you Crown Pastries for your amazing hospitality and service, especially Usama, Mahmoud, Abdul Rahman, and Abdullah, all of whom were outstanding. We will definitely be returning to try more items!
