I want and wish I could leave a nice review but honestly..the food sucks. They used canned mushrooms in my stew. It tasted like the whole thing came out of a can. On another occassion my fish and chips were cold and lacking in proportion. Having lived in Ireland for many years this may fool your typical canadian but its an embarassment towards real irish pub food. Im sorry.

I was planning to have a beer with my wife, so we decided to stop by Cuchulainn’s Irish Pub. We had a really nice time — the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. We tried some Irish beer, which was a great choice, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We’d definitely come back again. 🍻

Had dinner here tonight. Staff was friendly, especially the young man working in the bar section. The mac & cheese was good, but come on….charging $5 extra for broccoli and there were only 3 or 4 very small pieces! The shepherds pie was a disappointment. While it was nice and hot, it tasted no better than a frozen pie that was microwaved. We’ve tried shepherds pie at several pubs and this one was sadly lacking. The patio looked very inviting and the white fairy lights added a nice ambience, and the beer was good and cold but overall a lukewarm experience.

It was our first visit here and we were not disappointed. Jade was really attentive to our table and was so pleasant. We had the crab cakes that were amazing. I ordered the Prosecco Mango cocktail which was really good. We were also happy that after the starters, and feeling quite full, we were able to share one main dish between two people. Jade brought us full size plates without us having to ask. Will certainly visit again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. What was meant to be a casual night out quickly turned into an uncomfortable and unsettling situation due to a serious lack of responsible alcohol service. It was clear that several patrons were severely over-served alcohol — something Smart Serve is explicitly in place to prevent. Over-intoxication not only compromises the safety of individuals, but it also creates an unsafe and hostile environment for others. Unfortunately, I experienced this firsthand when I was harassed and verbally abused by someone from another party, despite not having interacted with him at all. He aggressively inserted himself into a conversation he was not a part of, and the staff did nothing to intervene or de-escalate the situation. To make matters worse, people from the same group were openly taking glasses outside, which is strictly prohibited. Again, staff appeared to turn a blind eye. It’s disappointing to see a venue prioritize profit over safety and customer well-being. Responsible alcohol service is not optional, it’s a legal and ethical obligation. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and re-evaluates how alcohol is being served and monitored on their premises before someone gets seriously hurt.

Popular in locals. Nice atmosphere with good service. Food is fine but cocktails are really good. Must try. Overall good experience but I felt manager should not ask for tip if someone is not willing by oneself. I felt embarrassed as server came to our table to ask for the reason why we didn’t include tip as her manager wanted to know. I guess if manager wants tip, he or she should come instead of sending servers to ask from customers. Other than it was nice evening.
