Stopped by last night for Eid to have dessert with my sister. Wanted to go to the washroom first before ordering and the man with the beard RUDLEY and loudly kicked me out without letting me explain the situation. Left me feeling very embarrassed shocked and ruined my whole night. Very disappointed and definitely will never come back here again.
Absolutely ridiculous service. The staff are rude and only kind to their own. I have come here a handful of times with subpar experiences. I went today with my family. The place was cold inside. Not to mention 75% empty. We were seated right under the air conditioning. After requesting to be moved, the worker declined stating that the booths on one side (all empty btw) are only for large parties. I expressed that I cannot have my daughter sit under the cold air. He ignored my request. We walked out. To the management here, talk to your employees about etiquette and customer service.
Update: i went to the queensway location afterwards. The customer service was amazing. It was not cold inside. We were seated immediately…at a booth. 10/10
D Spot in Dixie offers a great ambience with stylish interiors and a wide dessert menu. It’s a fun place to take kids. I tried the skillet cookies — served hot in an iron skillet with ice cream. Tasty, but extremely sweet, so not ideal for those who prefer milder desserts. Overall, a vibrant spot for dessert lovers.
Great Place!
If I could give a zero I would. The staff is horrible and they treat you like dirt. I was there to celebrate and I was left wondering why I even went there. The shame.
Spanish latte and Bischoff milk-cake are good. Had the white chocolate brownie, it was alright, had a bit of an after-taste with each bite that I think it could do without - probably from the chocolate buttons or shavings, not sure, so I'd still say Moxies white chocolate brownie is better than this one. Service is quick and good. Place is always quite when I've gone with friends.
The food and service was amazing. Recommend this place.
Customer service is very nasty. Very low class place.
Went to the Kanata location and it was terrible. The service was not knowledgeable, slow and the server punched the order incorrectly. My friend tried to order mint tea but was told all the loose leaf teas were mixed together in one blend. The food quality was poor and very overpriced - for example, stale cheesecake sitting in a soup of coulis. Extremely disappointing. Will not return.
Pay all your service folks money you owe.

We went to the Oshawa location on Feb 14 for lunch and happened to be the only people seated. We had to ask for: - cutlery 2x (meal and dessert) - napkins - water - removal of dirty dishes - and the big issue, my samosa burger came with a still frozen samosa that wasn’t noticed until half way through the burger (because the patty and such are bigger than the samosa) All I was offer was a new samosa, but the burger would have been cold and I was put off by then. - the fries, less than a handful given, were at least good. Basically, service was awful and there is no reason to be served frozen food.
