Worst customer service out there. I understand they’re understaffed but they aren’t even nice to you when you try to order and then you have to ask 10 times for your order. Then they gave us the wrong order and didn’t believe us till they went to check the order and then believed us.Charge you a service charge even if you’re sitting with 4 other people at a table. Doesn’t make sense. Do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and go to melt n dip instead.
Terrible customer service. We ordered the BBQ chicken poutine & they made it way too spicy. We told our server that it was too spicy & they told us they didn’t make it spicy. We talked to the manager and he told us we had to eat it because they didn’t make it spicy & they can’t return it. A manager arguing with a customer is ridiculous. Staff was not helpful and the manager was a terrible representative for this location.

Hopelessly understaffed. We waited over half an hour for someone to come to take our order. Eventually 20 minutes after placing our order, we were informed that the machine is not working, and they cannot process our order. We left and went to d'Mitri's.....

If I could give this place a -1 I would , THE WORST customer service!!!!! The manager was so rude. We had an issue with an allergy and he gave so much attitude. A -1 for this place . I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT . Save you time don’t come here !!!!

Ordered about $80 worth of stuff including milkshakes, a waffle, and a cookie. Got yelled at for ordering a skillet cookie for takeout when I've literally ordered them on SkiptheDishes several times. The manager said he was doing us a favor by packing a skillet cookie for takeout and to "never come back to this location to order."What the heck?! He literally told us to never return because we ordered something on the menu that inconvenienced him?Completely unprofessional and rude! Honestly, at that point, he should just refuse service and refund me. This is completely unacceptable.
