The small brown guy working there messed up my order pretty badly. The food was absolutely disgusting. It was the Dubai strawberry cup with the milk cake, but he just put in a bunch of the pistachio sauce, 4 -5 slices of strawberries, and 3 tiny pieces of milk cake. The entire cup was all just pistachio sauce. And when we complained he said “it’s like that”.. even the picture they advertise showed more pieces of milk cake in it than what he put. It was absolutely garbage and he refused to fix it or refund it so we threw it away in front of him and didn’t tip him and he looked angry. Waste of money.

We arrived around 9:30pm and placed our order, but never received our food. When I asked for an update, the server kept saying “2 minutes,” then “1 minute,” then “5 minutes.” Over an hour later, we still had nothing. When I finally told the server we were leaving because of the delay, she casually mentioned that one of our items wasn’t even available. This whole experience was a complete waste of time.

Fantastic experience there with Shaheda every time I am there for a Wake Me Up Vanilla milkshake! Highly recommend the location and the milkshake.

My favorite place to go. I used to go during my pregnancy just to have the tandoori poutine. And now, I've had the sausage, the chicken burger, poutine, and the croffles! I just keep forgetting to take pics of the food! They also have weekday deals which is awesome! Service is awesome!
