Brown guy wearing D spot button up uniform shirt is very rude. We made a comment that me and my partner had to wait 30 mins to served. As we placed our first item the guy proceeded to say we can leave if we want. We immediately got up and left after that as this was very disrespectful to say to paying customers. What a disrespectful person to have working at your restaurant. Might need to re train him as he doesn’t know what good customer service is and can’t take negative feedback. There was no reason for us to have to wait so long as the restaurant wasn’t busy. No apology given for the delay but a rude comment from disrespectful staff member.

Yesterday at 1:20AM me and my partner went there to pick up cake and we waited 10mins there was nobody to take our order so we rang the bell which was kept at the counter and the guy with long hair very messy who was working there very rudely responded that you’re not suppose to rang the bell it’s for workers. He needs a training for sure coz he was the most arrogant server I have ever come across. Okay we understand this but you can be polite not this frustrated and that too infront of everyone you’re shouting on a customer which is the worse cx service and that was not it when we were leaving again he came to us and was like keep in mind don’t do this again what does he think will we ever be coming back. If you’re working in a customer service job be kind and polite this was the worse experience I had. We have come multiple times but never saw this guy and it just spoiled both of our mood.

Worst customer service you’ll ever find at a restaurant and extremely long wait times because the owner likes to hire 1 or 2 people to run a whole restaurant to save on labour wages

Great service and desserts at this dspot. Location is clean. The milk cake, sticky toffee cake and pistachio saffron ice cream were fantastic.

The service was great! When we came in there was one guy working (manas) he was very kind and helpful, gave great recommendations and was attentive to all the guests that came in. I’m sure there was 1 other person in the kitchen but manas really did his best to serve us well. Thank you and keep up the great work!??????

The service delivered by MASIRA was amazing. I went there after 2 months although I didn’t remember the waffle i ordered earlier but she do remembered that. I was surprised n thanked her as last time I ate that waffle she customized it for me. THANK YOU MASIRA u are so friendly and kind.
