Staff were so rude. I’m writing this review outside of the cafe and still 20 minutes left to close. They said us that dspot is closed and vanshika one of the staff said no entry and we were closed. So please see the reviews before you go and we saw the open board sign.

We reached there 15 mins before closing amd the girl told us she won't take our order . We asked her to give us takeout but were denied you should rather change the timing on google than denying customer. I can all the way from Aurora . Piece of S tbh.

We came here around 1:45 and the store closes at 2 still the staff denied us from serving icecream and the staff talked to us in a very rude manner .. if you wanna keep your customers to come back again so you should ask your staff to treat them nicely and not to behave like if their shift is over at 2 so start closing before 2 .. worst behaviour … would recommend everyone no to go to D spot again ever ..

DSpot/Malton location brought an incredible atmosphere to our tournament, and their team was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The ice cream was absolutely amazing and perfectly complemented the event. Highly recommend their delicious treats!

Excellent desserts, service & ambience!DSpot Malton is a dessert lovers paradise. The menu is like a novel of divine desserts to choose from! All looking fantastic.We had the cookie dough pancakes with Blueberry ice cream added on top. It was sooooo good! The Pancakes were amazing & ice cream was so tasty!Shaheda served us & was great. Polite, professional, personable & informative. She was truly a delight! DSpot Malton is wonderful. You will not be disappointed in the least.Thank you Shaheda! We’ll ne back soon ?
