I had a very disappointing experience at this place, especially with the receptionist (a turbaned guy with formal clothes). His behavior was extremely unprofessional and his way of working completely unhygienic. It was shocking to see someone in a customer-facing role showing such little regard for basic cleanliness and proper service etiquette. The lack of professionalism made the entire experience unpleasant and unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this issue if they want to maintain any standard of service
