I recently visited Dal Roti, expecting a delightful culinary experience as it came highly recommended. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.The service was not up to par. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. We had to wait for a long time before our order was taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. This was quite frustrating and diminished the overall dining experience.As for the food, it was a letdown. The Dal lacked the richness and depth of flavor that one would expect from such a staple dish. The Roti too was not as good as I would have liked. It was hard and lacked the fluffiness that is characteristic of well-made Roti.I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but the issues we encountered were fundamental and should be addressed. I hope Dal Roti takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving their service and food quality.

We were denied a table as there the staff mentioned that there wasn't any vacant table , but there were clearly a few vacant table visible for the time we waited (more than 20 minutes)Additionally the tone in which the staff spoke was very rude and obnoxious. Totally worth avoiding.

Been here for a Saturday lunch buffet. I wanted to say the buffet is so delicious. Their mutton varieties are best in town and staff are so friendly . Preferred to take buffet during weekend .

Had the butter chicken just aweek ago which was really good but im here today the butter chicken is different it is really sweet and the manager needs to do good on some service he was arguing about how butter chicken is sweet everywhere we know it is sweet but it wasn't on this location that's the reason why we came here. The manager need to work better on customer service i dont think ill come to this location ever again.
A week ago we tried butter chicken was really good but this time it tasted super sweet as literally sugar in mouth. And the manager is very rude didn’t have basic etiquette to treat the customers. Zero customer service. When we made our complaint to him he just said it the same as always.
The service was horrendous.Me and my friends Group of 14 people went to the restaurant and the staff was not friendly at all. They were very disrespectful.
