Dai Ichi Sushi Japanese Restaurant

I have been coming to dai ichi sushi for 15 years and their standards and quality of food remain excellent all these years. The best sushi i have ever had. The staff are extremely kind and treat you like family-please never change! All my love.

My cousin's grandson had his baptismal celebration at Dai Ichi Japanese Restaurant. We started off with Vegetable Spring Rolls and Yaki Gyoza. I ordered the special set dinner Ume - assorted sashimi, 6 pieces of California Roll, Shrimp and Vegetable tempura, Beef Teriyaki and rice. This was perfect because I got everything that I want and they were all so delicious. The beef was grilled, well seasoned and tender and the teriyaki sauce added more flavour. My sister had Take - 6 pieces California Roll, Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, Chicken Teriyaki and rice. Her chicken was also grilled and tasted so good. All special set dinners came with Miso Soup. The house teriyaki sauce on the grilled meat, fish, vegetables was really good and tasteful. I liked that their teriyaki food items are grilled before adding the teriyaki sauce which enhances the flavour of the dish. Service was excellent and fast, price reasonable, place is clean.

Great restaurant! The service was amazing, the food was so good and fresh. Super quick as well. It’s so cozy inside. It’s also worth mentioning the washroom was very clean. I’ll definitely eat here again.

We had the worst food and experience at this sushi restaurant. Do NOT waste your money. Both Special Rolls were not palatable and we informed our server who did nothing about it. They could have apologized and reduced our bill of $56 but they didn’t. Tempura appetizer was greasy….dont waste your time !
