I recently visited this location and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of your employees. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard, and not only was there no cheesecake in it at all, but the entire interaction was unpleasant.

To begin with, I had to repeat my order twice because the employee acted as though he couldn't hear me, even though I was speaking clearly. Despite this, when he finally did take my order, he still managed to make the Blizzard incorrectly. On top of that, his attitude was shockingly rude. He showed no basic manners — no greeting, no "hi," "thank you," or "goodbye." It was as if he was doing me a favor instead of providing service to a paying customer.

This level of carelessness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The experience left me feeling disrespected, and the product I received was subpar due to his lack of attention. I hope this issue is addressed promptly, as no customer should ever have to deal with such poor service or leave feeling so unsatisfied.

First time here at this location and it was an ok experience for what it is, the service was ok because the staff were attentive but just stared at you weird I don't know it made me feel off,
The ice cream is amazing of course I love Dairy Queen ice cream, I find the inside of this location to be a bit tight and I'm sure on those hot days there is not much to line up in, there is seating inside and outside and I don't order food from DQ so I can't say nothing about the food but I do say just go bye to get a nice delicious ice cream, the staff try to go as fast as they can.

I recently visited Dairy Queen this past Wednesday and had such a lovely experience that I just had to share it. I sometimes take a bit longer to decide on my order, and on this particular day, I was served by a kind and patient young man in a red shirt. Despite my slower pace and many questions, he was remarkably professional, kind, and patient.

he took his time assisting me, ensuring I understood all my options, and never once made me feel rushed. The politeness and helpfulness made my visit so pleasant, and I am truly grateful for such a wonderful service and delicious ice cream. I certainly plan on returning to Dairy Queen, thanks to this exceptional experience!
