Service is slow. Don't think the staff cares to be there....

I haven't ordered ice cream personal sized to go, so I can not review that experience

Tall guy that worked there was odd, working as if it was so inconvenient for him to take orders. We ordered 2 banana splits to go, when we opened them at home, there was 1/4 piece of banana in it. Which is much less than we usually get at the other locations. We will stick to the location near Trafalgar instead.

Ordered two medium strawberry cheesecake Blizzards. Unfortunately, both were melted upon receipt. I politely asked the staff to replace them, but after waiting 3-4 minutes, the employee returned with Blizzards in the same melted condition. It felt like no effort was made to address the issue, and the staff didn’t inform us of any problems with the Blizzard machine or offer an alternative. Despite my family’s eagerness for ice cream, we were disappointed with the service and product quality. Dairy Queen should be upfront about any issues and not serve subpar items without explanation. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Dear Dairy Queen Customer Service Team,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment located at 2425 Truscott Dr, Unit 13a, Mississauga, ON L5J 2B4.

During my visit, I was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the staff. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for my order to be handed to me, during which time three employees were simply standing around and not attending to customer needs. This lack of attentiveness contributed to a frustrating experience.

Additionally, the store environment was far from satisfactory. The interior had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a washroom bio, which I understand is a recurring issue at this location. This made the dining experience uncomfortable and unappetizing.

Furthermore, I suffered food poisoning after consuming a milkshake purchased from your store, which was a serious health concern. I also found the salad to be overpriced and of poor quality; it appeared to be rotten and not fresh, which is unacceptable for any food establishment.

Overall, my experience at this Dairy Queen location was disappointing due to poor management, cleanliness issues, and subpar food quality. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address the repeated issues to improve the quality of service and environment at this location.

They totally messed up my daughter's birthday cake and she was so upset I even showed them a picture of what she wanted and it didn't look anything like it.

I always come here when needing a sweet treat to brighten up my day! The new “Confetti Cake” blizzard is delicious. It’s very sweet and it tastes like a cupcake! The service was amazing, being very quick with our orders! They make sure the food is well done, with the perfect amount of crispiness, sweetness, and others!

Need a dessert? Come on over to this Dairy Queen if you’re craving something great!

The ice cream and service was good, the staff were nice and would help you with more sauce, napkins, or an extra order.

I come here all the time and it never disappoints!

This place is so close to a quiet friendly residential area and it was an easy choice when craving something sweet! I chose the NEW Summer 2025 blizzard flavour of “Dipped Strawberry Cheesecake” and it was great!
Not too much chocolate and perfectly balanced with that strawberry cheesecake craving I had already.
Staff were super friendly, polite and had such positive vibes; they made me want to come back again for sure! Now I know where I’ll definitely come when I’m in the area and craving something SWEET! 💯 Hit the spot! 😎Come and enjoy with these Summers sunshine & fun vibes right around the corner!

My family and I had the best ice creams and sundays that we've ever had at a dairy queen at this location last night. I highly recommend anyone looking for a nice treat to come here. Staff were so friendly and made the best treats.

I would do 0 stars honestly staff were so rude there app was down on free icecream day and they were giggling when i adressed my concerns tall guy and girl named hadid or something like that i asked if they would be able to honour the inconvenience of the app being down they said it was not there problem my family and a few others familys walked out unhappy after that

Promoting free ice cream. I got the app on the phone, but did not have the code after one hour standing on the line. They said you cannot have the ice cream.

Awesome fan food! My go to place for comfort food and excellent ice cream! Thoroughly enjoyed my burger and fries, with the sundae as the perfect finish to a meal on a warm winter day! And more than reasonably priced, all for only $8!

Also got an ice cream cake on a whim, now I’m really gonna have a great week! All set for this abnormally warm week.

We came for blizzards for nostalgia. I used to take my kids here when they were younger and the blizzards are still amazing
