Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

If I could give zero starts, I would. We went to this store on August 31 at 9:30. The woman at the counter had an extremely unpleasant and aggressive attitude. To the point we questioned if we actually wanted to stay, it was very off-putting. She was uninterested to assist or take any requests with our orders, gave the barest minimum even with our orders. I never write reviews but there is another Dairy Queen about 10 mins away so I’d advise customer to just go there instead.

I had such a great experience at Dairy Queen! The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and my Blizzard was made perfectly. I especially want to highlight the employee who helped me during my visit — she was so friendly and welcoming, and really made my experience extra enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who greets customers with such genuine kindness, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect even in the peak evening time. Thank you, DQ, and thank you to the amazing staff for the wonderful service!

Went there around 10:15 on a Wednesday. The lady at the counter had an unpleasant and uninterested attitude which was off putting to say the least. Furthermore, she was unaware of the companies own deals. When we were placing our order we wanted to redeem an offer for 6$ off a 30$ order. She claimed it was only for food whereas it wasn’t stated as such anywhere in the offer terms. We placed our order and checked a few minutes later at which point they closed mobile orders. The lady at the counter still blamed us for not checking ourselves and was very aggressive about the whole situation. Hire more workers. This is unacceptable. Why are there only 2 girls working when it’s 40 degrees out. Lineup is past the door. Ridiculous. Stop being cheap and hire more workers.

Trying to blame me because they didn’t receive my mobile order that I placed 20 minutes ago… was rude and non-apologetic. Horrible customer service

Forget about this location being the worst DQ in Mississauga this is quite possibly the worst fast food joint operating period. The day I went to grab a cone the AC was not working in an ice cream shop of all places and the bathroom was out of service, and if memory serves me correct 2 weeks prior when I was there again the bathroom was still out of service! Clearly the owner that runs this place does not maintain it or care about it and runs it like one of their business back in their home country, which is like crap. Come at your own discretion.

Service isn't good... they are judging you when you order and look visibly disappointed if you order something which will make them work hard. Also, they don't give a smile or anything, when they give you the order they don't say a word just hand it over to you as if you are ruining their life by ordering there...

The staff is very good and friendly. First day of the opening of the store as the system was not fully functional my gift card was not working but they still gave us our order and made it on house.

I wanted to provide feedback. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake dip blizzard mini and when it was presented to me, it was very soft and mushy. This is actually the second time that I’ve experienced this at this location wondering if there’s something wrong with the freezers, fridges ice cream machine? The other feedback I have for you is for your employee at the cash when she does ring in your order and she asked you for your reward card she doesn’t even ask you for your reward card. She just says scan. Can you please provide her with the feedback that when she’s speaking to a customer and she’s asking them to do something that she includes in her sentence
please so for example can you please scan your rewards card thank you.
