Spent $50 then asked for a cup for water to get from fountain machine and they refused. Kept saying they have no cups for water. Rude!
Everything here is discussing and not right don’t even eat or think to eat from there food they don’t wear gloves and the customer service is very bad I will never ever come back here I think u guys need to know that when we customers we expect clean and good food
I come at 10:15 and they close at 11 and the girl tells me she closed her till already and can’t accept cash. Close at 10:15 instead what’s the point of closing your till early if you’re still open
Hum hum ice cream good as in its name.
The management is not good even anyone have the points they don’t let them scan more than once i came more than 100 times here every time there mind is changing sometimes they did sometimes they didn’t expect. There staff is ok they are providing good and fast services.
Fairly certain I got food poising after having a Smarties Blizzard from this location on April 14, 2025. I see there are other reviews reporting the same - be careful eating here!
My daughter and I had soft serve last night and had awful food poisoning.
Ordered Potine however store didnt put enough gravy - very dry

11 dollars buy a melted ice cream with fake cream on top to cover it🤮🤮🤮 look at the difference between the two image, did not see any ice cream, only fake cream cover melted ice cream and the chopped not fresh banana.
