We visited Dairy Queen just before closing time, and although the store was set to close at 9 PM, Gagan, a staff member, truly went above and beyond to make our evening special. Despite the late hour, she welcomed us warmly and made us a fresh ice cream with so much care and kindness. Her exceptional customer service and thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed—it really made our experience memorable. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to ensuring customers leave happy, no matter the time. Thank you, Gagan, for your amazing hospitality!

Went in to get a milkshake and had to use the restroom. Restroom had no toilet paper so I asked for some. Lady tells me that they’re “out of stock”. Pretty obvious they didn’t want me to use it.

Karan He was exceptionally unbelievable, extremely nice. One of the nicest people I’ve encountered. He is the true definition of a great person

Went in-store to place an order for a birthday cake on Wednesday evening and came back to pick up on Saturday Afternoon. The cake I originally ordered was supposed to be a simple “Happy Birthday”, no name and I specifically ordered double cookie layer. I double confirmed my order before leaving.
When coming to pick up the cake, the employee originally brought out the wrong order and took a couple minutes longer to find mine. She brought a cake with writing that was completely off-centred, and when I asked why there was a huge space, she told me I “didn’t request for the writing to be in the middle” and that they left space incase I wanted to add anything, but that was never requested.
Ended up leaving with another cake they had in the freezers, but a smaller size and without a double cookie layer. Also without writing, wasn’t planning on risking that again.
Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time I need a cake.

Best service ever received by this franchise.
Anyone craving for ice cream cakes, shakes definitely give here a try and feel like a cloud 9 . Excellent customer experience. I’m so overwhelmed! Thank you so much for the great time I had in dairy queen
