Long overdue review! We tried this place a few weeks ago and I’ve been meaning to leave a review. We got the pesto and 2 chicken Alfredo! We were a bit worried about the portions but don’t be fooled, they load it up! I couldn’t even finish mine and was happy it was in a take out container to take home, the chicken was juicy, the sauce was delicious, noodles fantastic! It was nice to sit down and eat fresh hot pasta! OH and the focaccia! WOW. Fresh, massive pieces for a single person, delicious.I did see some similar comments about the staff, I don’t think it’s cool to hit such a low rating because of a cold interaction, with our experience we felt a little rushed and quickly pushed aside once we got the order, not a lot of smiles, didn’t seem super warm however everybody has bad days! I hope some staff find better things they enjoy in the job and I want them to know the food they prepare is delicious! Thank you very much for the hard work. We will be back for sure! :)

Ordered amatriciana dish and turns out it was disappointing. The pasta was undercooked, bland, and too sour. It’s like eating a gum. I ended up threw the whole thing. Not worth of $16 I paid.

We had the bolognese and the amatriciana. Both were delicious and the servings were just right. I will be going back to try their other offerings.
I come from Caledon to the Sq1 location by request of my Daughter, she loves the pasta here after I introduced her.Parking: Square 1 mall, I was get the no3 option when I come.
The pesto sauce had way too much salt for me that it killed the taste. We mentioned it last time that they would need to reduce the salt in pesto sauce. I think this is because they use sea salt. The sauce was already prepared. So, they cannot change it. Pomodoro sauce was fine.Edit: I am not sure of what to make of the response? I have informed the staff here that I do not understand the owners response.

No frills, fresh pasta and sauce. Simple and delicious, this is our go to when we go to the mall. Chicken Alfredo and Bolognese are my recommendations.

Good and atmosphere is top tier, I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it came with a lot of chicken. The meat is also halal. However the girl in the hijab working there was kind of cold. Handed me the receipt without even looking at me. And when my food was ready, she called my receipt number so stood up from their chair and I went to the counter to get my order. The girl clearly saw me waiting for someone to hand me the order which was sitting at the opposite side of the counter and I couldn’t get it but she just ignored me so I had to reach over the counter to get my order. I’ll definitely come back again for the food (it’s amazing) but not if the workers aren’t kind

If your someone who loves pasta then this is the place for you! They make the best fresh pasta ever! They have many vegetarian options as well. I ordered the spaghetti with mama Rosa sauce with paramasean cheese on top! The sauce is very good, not spicy at all. The noodles with cooked to perfection ? and the price is very good for thr quantity of the pasta you get! The staff are super friendly as well. I would differently come back! 10/10.

we got the chicken alfredo, and the spaghetti bolognese, both are halal. they were really good. the bolognese had a nice little sweetness to it and the chicken in the alfredo was cooked just right. i do wish the pasta was a bit more cooked as it felt a little underdone. a great bite to grab and also a good portion!

Visited first time upon family’s insistance who have been here beforeGreeted by the host Alina with a smiling face , who helped in explaining various optionsOrdered Bolognese and boy it was great , good serving , freshly made and served piping hot made the flavours stand out furtherYou can ask them to make it to your taste and they gladly do itThe whole crew was very cheerful , definitely The Best Go To Pasta I had in a whileAlina and Team keep up the good work and keeping smiling ??Oh also ordered Pomodoro and Chicken Alfredo … excellent as well
